I never received my order and it has been 5 months and I am still waiting for a refund! SCAM

Like everyone else, ordered jeans from an IG link (first mistake), never received them after 6 weeks. Understood that they come from China - most things do these days. But "tracking number" said delivered. Sent a customer service chat, to which they told me to check my neighbors. I told them I had already done, so they "sent another order". I was moving 3 weeks from that time so I asked for a refund, as I would not be at that address at the 6 week mark they were on track to be. Was told they would "expedite" the order. Checked "tracking number" 2 days before I moved. Still "in transit". Asked for a refund - was only offered 70% as the postal service would not accept a claim for something that showed delivered. That was in July - it is now mid-September. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. The Judy Blue jeans people should sue this company for misrepresentation of their product.

I was scammed out of all my money. I kept sending emails and my package was on the way. Then my refund was on the way. I got nothing. I hope karma gets EVERYONE involved!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM. Items said shipped in April 24 from China, never arrived. Tracking info took over a month to say it arrived. The tracking provided was bogus. We live in a small town, there is no way it followed the path it indicated. They said they issued me a refund, after arguing with them for days. It has been 2.5 months of them saying they issed my refund successfully and I still have not received my refund nor my package. Total SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Exact same thing happened to me. Never received my $130 order. Contacted them. Said they would send out a duplicate order. Never got that one either. It initially says its delivered but it is in fact NOT delivered. I have cameras. 3 months now still no package or refund. SCAM!!

Do not order from this company, never received my order nor a requested refund and they have stopped responding to my emails, total scam!

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Did not receive items and was promised a refund. It has been two months and they have not refunded my card.

What a big disappointment but my experience matches pretty much several others here. Package never arrived, they "said" they were sending out a second order. Hahaha! Never received that either, then they offered a 70% refund because they "are taking a loss too. What a load of lies. This company is a complete SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE ORDERS!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! They sent me a fake tracking number that never showed up, they sent me a 2nd duplicate order that never showed up. They have been telling me they're going to refund me ever since March. They are full of crap. It's a scam company.!!! Dont do it!
They offer to give you a percentage of a refund with no merchandise and they don't ever send it. Why would I pay ANY amount when I received nothing. FULL REFUND ONLY. They have been telling me 7 to 10 days for three months. THE WORST!!! 😡

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOVETH.COM! I placed an order 2 months ago. Tracking number was bogus! I’m made sure and emailed them very often! The say package was delivered! LIES! I’m so pissed! I’m pretty hip to scams.

Do NOT order anything from this place!! I placed an order on 3/12/24 and have never received my purchase. I received a fake delivery update that indicated someone signed for it. I advised customer service that we have a ring doorbell and not once ever did a courier arrive at my house plus that day my sister was on the porch with a friend well past the time of delivery. They supposedly sent me a replacement package and it stated it was delivered on 5/24/24 at 2pm. I sent them screenshots because it was 5/24/24 at 8 am my time. The math isn’t mathing. They now said they would reimburse me 60% because they also had a “loss” by their courier service is who is inadequate. Sadly, I fell for this scam on Instagram and never will I buy from those shops. I will call my CC company to see if there is anything I can do at this point. BTW when I looked at my CC statement the company name was super generic, located in Los Angeles but no phone number to contact them directly. It’s been a nightmare of a purchase.

Do Not order from this company!!!! I did not receive my order. Fake tracking number. Reached out to costumer service, said my order was delivered. It was not. I waited for it. Unless you want your money taken for free, don't order!!!

Would love to leave a negative instead of one star. Thought the company was in the US. Ordered Judy Blue jeans and a few shirts. Fake tracking info saying my package was at my local "sorting center" for a week. They don't have a sorting center. A month after ordering said they were delivered...nothing.

Found this company on Instagram, but they touted themselves as a seller of Judy Blue jeans located in the US. They even had a story on their site about how this was a family run operation and the "family members" were those in the clothing pictures.
Originally placed my order thinking it sounds too good to be true, but I'm less interested in a brand name than something that actually fits. The website said the items ship from Minnesota which is my neighboring state so I gave it a try. When I received the tracking it said it would take 7-15 days and the package was coming from China. I responded to the order confirmation email questioning the obvious deceit and the response just said that they pride themselves in their customer service and fast shipping and they were confident I wouldn't be disappointed. I've been watching tracking now for a couple days short of a month and the package has been sitting in my zip code at a sorting center for the past couple days (allegedly). Placed my order 4/20/24 and it shipped 4/23/24. After reading so many bad reviews I'm questioning if the items will even arrive. If they do not arrive by the end of the week I'll be contacting my bank to get the charges reversed as fraud.

Update as if 5/23/24:
I emailed them 2 days ago asking for assistance as tracking showed the package was sitting in my zip code for 5 days. As soon as they responded (again saying the same things as previously, but now they are blaming bad reviews on competitors coming after them and trying to make them look bad) my order has been removed from their site so I can no longer click on my order link in their confirmation email. Also, tracking now shows the package was delivered. My son and I both have looked around everywhere and no package was delivered. I was advised to keep my phone on in case the delivery service (which delivery service???) had to contact me with questions. I missed no calls and have no package. They would not tell me what the delivery service is, but did say it is not my local carrier which I am assuming means the USPS. I will be visiting my bank this afternoon to report this transaction as fraud.

Ordered items, original link to store said they were located in Madison, WI (USA). Charge on credit card says New York, confirmation email is from China. 15 day shipping, their link says it was delivered, but it's been over 30 days and I've never received. Email address they provided is not valid. No other contact information provided.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a complete scam. Like others who have written reviews, I ordered several pairs of jeans. The tracking number received from the company looked very suspicious, but I waited to see if I would receive the package. After more than a month, the status changed to "Delivered" but I hadn't received anything. I reached out to the company and was told to check with my neighbors. I responded reiterating that the package hadn't been received and was told they reached out to the courier but that couriers "don't offer compensation for delivered packages." I've opened a dispute through my bank and hope I'm able to get my money back that way. Dealing with this company is going nowhere. I can't believe I fell for this scam!

Ordered jeans and never received them even though their delivery service said it's been delivered. Delivery service is Track718.

Total scam. They say they resend your package after fraud shipping but you never get anything.
