I can't be more grateful to have found a theme made by this company. Their customer support is brilliant, they helped me get the store just the way I wanted it and make it feel customised. I would say that if you struggle with coding or are not good at editing and design, get their services. It was the best decision I made,

We worked with a lot of shopify themes. Since we started using the Hyper theme, we can't do without it. Fast, flexible and the customer support is amazing; quick feedback, solution oriented. They don't just answer emails, they really support you!

Brian from their customer service team was incredibly patient and provided me with extensive help. They answered all my questions thoroughly and even assisted me in adding some specific features I needed. Choosing their service is absolutely the right decision!

We're really happy with the new Sleek theme for our Shopify store. It has given more functionality that helps us to give our customers a much better experience on the site. The FoxEcom team have also been wonderful to work with when we needed some help customising a few elements - Brian was particularly helpful, did excellent work, was friendly, and super efficient. I can't rate them highly enough :)

I would rate this Hyper theme 5|5 for functions and features. Very easy to work with and accepts the custom CSS easily. The support team on this is brilliant and can advise or resolve all our questions with ease. Based on this, we have proceeded to add the page builder so that we can build one ecosystem of front-end tools.

Really good theme, and support lots of customization for high converting stores

Every time I have a problem, I go to them immediately and they solve it as quickly as possible and explain the solution as well. Thank you, partners of success.

I am still in the process of building my website, but the experience has been wonderful. The customer support is brilliant, and they are always ready to jump in and help me, even with my silly requests and doubts (building directly on Shopify seemed hard). I totally recommend it, specially if you are a beginner, but as it is has all possible features, it is great for everyone. A relief of an app and an amazing aid.

Great customer service! I had an issue with the product variants not displaying properly in other languages. I contacted support, and Zuri was able to fix it for me right away.
