FoxEcom

We had an urgent issue with the Sleek theme and the FoxEcom team was super responsive and helpful in resolving it in a very short time frame.

Linc was very helpful and solved my issues very quickly.

Good service with errors on the website, 24/7 support and taken care of in hours. Would def buy again.

All the themes and Shopify apps are great. Customer support agent Linh was a great help to get everything setup correctly. The themes are great on mobiles and deskops and the page builder has some great features.

Nice app, it has all features that I need for my online store.
Moreover, the support teams are really helpful and friendly, they help me out for every my questions.
Highly recommend

It's a good theme, and the team is really helpful. I would highly recommend.

Foxecom has been outstanding to work with. Their team is always available, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond whenever we need assistance. From theme setup to support with their apps, they provide clear guidance and fast, reliable solutions. The quality of their products is top-notch—both the theme and apps run smoothly, with features that are well designed and easy to use. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great technology paired with such responsive support. Highly recommended.

It is a great theme with plenty of sections and customized content. What's more, the customer support is very prompt to reply.

I’m really impressed with the support from the theme developers. Whenever I had questions or issues, they responded quickly and provided clear, helpful solutions. The theme is easy to use, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

the customer service really helpful and responsive.
The ux ui of theme so good

We are a start-up company going through an evolution in business, and we needed a template that could grow with us, as well as support all the selling requirements that we needed. The template is very well constructed, and well thought through. But the real gem about this template is the after service. The team were there for us, and were so quick to respond to any questions and even helped us quickly customise even the tinyest things. Can not recommend this company and template more. A+++

Lea has always been extremely helpful and has managed to solve any issue which I have had or needed help with.
Thank you

We spent a long time looking for the perfect Shopify theme and finally chose Hyper for its clean design and features. It meets almost all our needs, but what truly sets it apart is the support. We had a few specific requests (like customizing search and variants), and Zuri was amazing. She worked with the dev team to provide custom solutions very quickly. If you want a great theme backed by a team that actually helps, I highly recommend FoxEcom.

They are very helpful with the request we have made or questions on how to set up something on the theme.

Excellent support, and a very well done website

Been using FoxEcom for a number of months now, and the back support is great. Thanks to the team there for all the help so far.
