I have a voucher code which I wasn't able to use as they are closing down. I called before they closed to ask for a refund and was promised that the manager would get back to me. Despite calling back and emailing in, I've had no response. I've lost money for 2 tickets because the branch has shut and avoided refunding me before the company closed. Extremely disappointed and I will be taking this further.

I would definitely recommend!!! We arrived later than our designated time slot however was still able to play with the time we had left. The prison theme was brilliant and great fun. We’ve already booked to go back. The staff were lovely and it was an all round brilliant experience. You need to go here!!!
Honestly this experience was amazing from start to finish. The host was engaging and really hyped us up and made us feel excited for the game and the immersive experience after when we were being taken into the game didn't disappoint. Honestly I'm so excited to go back there. My friends all feel the same too! All the staff involved in this process were absolutely amazing!! I love love loved it!
I have played all 3 rooms, each one has its own unique story and unique puzzles that get you into your role. Very immersive and fun, it's a perfect escape from the everyday life and a great way to spend time with friends! The team at Fox in a Box are very positive and helpful too! I would highly recommend this experience! :)
Fox in a Box were fantastic! Their birthday package was really sweet. I really enjoyed my time playing Zodiac Killer, I can't wait to come back and try out Prison. Thank you!!
Best escape room in London! Me and a few friends took on the Zodiac Killer, ashamed to say he beat us right at the end, grrr! I don't want to spoil it, so I'll keep quiet about that, but from the host to the GM, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Big up to all the staff, especially Reece, they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Will be back after Christmas to tackle one of their other rooms.
