Both my partner and I each had a locker with them and we were extremely happy with the quality of the storage, the helpfulness of staff and the lockers themselves. This was all done over the phone and online which I found very difficult. The staff in the Cwmbran office, Chloe in particular, were totally supportive and patient. They could not have been kinder.

Great storage facilities
I have been using Fox Self Storage since I moved to Bristol 9 years ago, renting units of various sizes, from very small for some extra storage to bigger ones fitting all my belongings between movings. It has always been a smooth process, the team are really good and quick to reply to emails and units are clean and easy to access to.
I also got my deposit back very quickly after emptying my unit every time, which is a plus.
Definitely recommend !

Fox Storage Bristol - great for our needs
Sue and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. Made signing up and finding the right unit easy.
The units are so well kept, no damp, no danger to any of our belongings.
The units are perfect for our needs, long term storage. The hours might not suit everyone, but we didn't need 24hour access. The team made sure we had the right unit for our gear, helped us upgrade to bigger storage when needed.

I can’t recommend Fox Storage more highly. The staff have been so cooperative and helpful in every way. The spaces are clean dry and very easy to access. I wouldn’t use any other company.

Very friendly competent and helpful staff.
I have been coming to fox storage for around 7 years and this is this reason I’ve stayed with them! Also it’s a nice dry building and an easy to access space.
I was a bit unhappy with the change to the end of contract (before you could end it and not have to pay the whole month) apart from this there’s no complaints!

I received a message that I do not need to serve any notice and when I vacated there were 22 days the space was vacant and did not get any refund. I think it would be best to pay weekly DD not monthly.
Overall the experience is good staff are pleasant.

Our opening times are set to balance customer access with on-site safety and staff availability, but we do regularly review them based on feedback. Regarding the billing cycle and notice period, we follow a monthly payment structure in line with our terms and conditions, though we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration.
