Horrendous
I received my first order today from here. I’ve been buying & selling vintage for over 10 years and usually stick to the wholesalers I trust but I thought I’d give them a go. Honestly could not have been worse.
The first item out of the bag was modern Zara and what followed only got worse. Modern, grade B/C & huge sizes.
It looks like the rag bin in a charity shop. I’ve asked for a refund.

Not Great...
Ordered Vintage Carhartt Trousers x10 from Fox Wholesale Vintage, unfortunately the quality of these items was very disappointing, especially when paying nearly £20 per item. Over 70% of the items delivered were either worth less than or just about the same amount as to what was paid, clearly not making them a viable option as a reseller trying to make some profit. I contacted Fox's customer service email, and Issy responded fairly quickly. However, no real effort was made to resolve the situation and the only option given was to return the items, which would mean losing out on postal charges etc. This gives me the impression that Fox Wholesale Vintage don't really care about creating long lasting and symbiotic relationships with their customers, which is a real let down. I would definitely think twice before using Fox Wholesale Vintage in future.

Really sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us.
Unfortunately the impression that you've taken away couldn't be further from the truth. One of the main things we aim to achieve is long lasting customer relationships as without the many returning customers we have, our business is nothing.
We always ensure all items sent to our customers are profitable however we do have to give a mix of styles including jeans, carpenter etc. which was stated on the listing description. The variation of styles means that some styles may be more profitable than others however as a whole, we are sure there is considerable profit to be made.
We're always happy to offer our customers a goodwill gesture and do our best to resolve any issues however as explained, you had already received a 10% discount on this order meaning the trousers were £14.40 per piece and we were therefore unable to offer further discount but we'd happily accept the return.
In response to your previous comments:
"Please only supply workwear trousers and jeans (not chinos) in mens sizes W30" and above in grade A/B condition. If not I will have to leave a negative review and return the items."
As a company we're not inclined to make an order considerably better than our usual standard because the customer threatens to leave a bad review. The listing for the Carhartt pants is sold as a mix of sizes & styles because this is what we receive directly from our suppliers.
As previously stated, please feel free to return the order and we'd be happy to supply a full refund. We're also happy to raise a free DPD collection so there's no additional cost on your end. Great quality stock and service
I've made two orders from this company and I have been a happy customer both times. After fishing around and looking for a quality vintage clothes wholesaler I'm glad I pulled the trigger with this company.
They keep you up to date with your order, delivery times are fast and its a great feeling opening up a box of fantastic stock. I will be ordering again in the future.

Most of them are grade B not A as they claimed
Most of them are grade B not A! Most of them got stains and marks that I couldn't washed or anything. I am absolutely disappointed. I will never again order anything from this site.
