Absolute joke! Played countless hours, no chance of getting bonus rounds or free spins. The pay out is horrible, couple of pennies out of every £20 wagered.

An absolute joke! My son won £450 he withdrew and received an email saying his funds will be processed in 2/3 days.

How is this entire group still allowed to be running in the public domain. Also why are they not routinely check by someone who gambles as they have obviously been set up by a gambler, for example Coral routinely add a penny to what used to be my account before I excluded. If I could leave 0 stars i would. Withdrew nearly £3000 on the 27th December and it still isn't in my account. My bank have asked me to provide a receipt of the payment so that it can be located on their side and after numerous emails and live chats with foxy I am still no further forward.

Probably the worst RTP of any site I have used. It was as if it was fixed. I warn you not to play here as you will not win. With what I deposited you would expect some return but not even a bonus feature was hit it’s worrying to see sites like this must be rigged regardless of what they say and the check that are supposed to be made. I created an account and wagered through £10 for the 50 free spins offer and won £6.11 on 50 free spins. I then went to wager through it 10x as is required by the promotion however it used my actual balance instead of the bonus I had just won. I then contacted live support and was told "All website experince a delay" so they basically said it was my fault for their system not crediting me my winnings. It also does not say anywhere in their terms and conditions you will have to wait for your bonus to be credited. Needless to say I will be informing the gambling commission of this shoddy website/company and highly recommend to avoid this site at all costs as you can see it has many occurences of people not being credited what they have won.
