Opened new account depositing £10 in order to receive 50 spins new player bonus and luckily by chance got my winnings upto £395 due to playing a slot game and not realising i was paying £5 per spin! Anyhow had withdrawal of £295 in the end after a fun afternoon and due to waiting for a new bank card i had deposited and therefore withdrawn by bank transfer. Set it to withdraw late morning and by the afternoon it was in my bank account!
Found the site had good selection of games and quite a low wagering requirement though unfortunately since that initial deposit havent had quite so much luck, grrrrr!!!

Terrible casino, payout are non existent. Made the mistake of using the wrong card to deposit that had no funds in and they still took the money to deposit ! Most casinos you will be up and down but with this one its constant down. Will be sharing my experience with other players I know and telling them to avoid like the plague.

Good offers, great selection of games. Decent customer service. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the wagering of some of the offers at x40 i feel ls a little excessive

Didn't get my free spins

I tried to withdraw my winnings against the card I used (mastercard) only to be told mastercard wont allow payments to go back onto the card. I googled this and found it to be wrong. Mastercard do not operate this way. Not impressed.

Joined today. Deposited £20 tired to get sign up free spins was told I didn't qualify. So I then opted in to the free spin and deposited another £20 = £40 stil go free spins. Con merchants do not sign up stay clear and the games are crap do not pay out like other sites.

Almost impossible to win on this site. tried this site a few times on a 50p stake. the chance of winning 50p on a 50p bet seems about 1 in 20 (winning over your bet is almost a 0 percent chance my estimate is about 2%), this is highly suspicious when it has the same games as many other casinos that have much better pay percentage

Opted into a promotion, got confirmation I had, now told that the screen shot I had of this confirmation wasn't true. How the hell am I supposed to know I'm not opted in if it says quite clearly that I am. What a load of rubbish. Will be escalating cplaint to ibas, too long these types of companies have made up spurious rules and not paid out on genuine wins without being held to account.

Just from looking at the replies to the bad reviews I can see they are patronising and written with gritted grins. Pathetic “random number generated” games. No matter what, you should never trust any company even if it’s deemed to be “fair”.

I joined last night I was up over £800 I did 1 spin of £40 all sudden it robbed me of £299 apparently coz my money went into real money and I don't agree with what it can take and disgusted and won't be depositing again

Since I wrote this review. I closed the account it wasn't a massive win but enough I wanted to withdraw the money. the wait was just miserable
no ID check needed etc. I actually got concerned there was an issue so emailed and didn't hear anything so emailed again and requested the account closed. Later that day the money was released

the really sad thing its a very good site with a nice selection of Games
as my original review said. but the time they make a customer wait for the money just isn't worth it. when you win you want the money not waiting 5-7 days later and seeing it still pending on the account
