The pro guys helped launch the project…

The pro guys helped launch the project by correcting the nuances in the project configuration files and enabling the necessary on the server. It's just space in terms of speed. This is not our first hosting, but there were problems before, but switching to Fozzy now there are no problems, everything works perfectly! Thanks Fozzy!!!

Flawless technically + amazing customer support

From the technical perspective, Fozzy's VPS and Domain name services are flawless - but normally I do not expect anything less. What makes this hosting provider to stand out is the customer support service. It is a) always ultra fast, b) never "formal" - my (sometimes stupid) issues are always resolved in the most productive and friendly manner, no question was ever left unanswered. I really appreciate their customer-oriented approach.

For Fozzy, Honesty And Performance Are Not Just Typography

As a result of my many years of experience with hosting companies, I can be sure that the biggest problem in this market is the problem of honesty. Fozzy's performance and care, even for a shared server, is an admirable rigor and honesty.

Also, the support team is like a friend and colleague and this is no ordinary support; I have never seen anywhere else their flexibility to answer a technical question that is sometimes outside their responsibilities as if it was asked in a private forum.

Server failures and surprises can indeed turn your hair white from stress. Those who have experienced it cannot deny it. I universally wish that no one has to go through this. This is a damn thing. So I believe I have fulfilled my moral responsibility for my recommendation. If this advice had the possibility of upsetting another person, I would not have risked this comment.

Even 5 stars can't represent the quality of Fozzy. My appreciation is an expanding cluster of stars like the universe... (This can never be an exaggeration for an experienced person who understands the quality of hosting and also knows this market.)

Frustrating and time consuming for…


Frustrating and time consuming for nothing.
The portals are lacking all the professional services access; most things must be done by them through tickets. The only ones who would find this service useful are those who should not be dealing with web sites to begin with.
Nagging Emails sent relentlessly months in advance for renewals which one might not want. And even when I explicitly said I am done with their services, they keep sending emails also with broken links... incompetents at all levels.
Bait and Switch throughout the years with sudden cost increases justified as necessary. Compare with other companies... how do they do it?
These are just out to squeeze as much money as they can from customers.

This email address was ONLY used with FOZZY.
After I left this review, I found myself subrscribed to all the possible SPAM in the world, something like 300 emails a day.
Congratulations again for your being so professional.

I've been using Fozzy for years and…

I've been using Fozzy for years and have always had a great experience. They are very help when support is needed but the user interface and features are easy to understand and implement so it's very rare that I need to reach out. Uptime is impressive, I don't ever recall not being able to access my sites even when maintenance is occurring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to host their projects.
