Sorry to hear that your recent support experience wasn't up to your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate your honest thoughts.

We looked into your last tickets and caught that support made a mistake while merging your accounts. This has led to the login issue which was fixed once it was detected. Yes, it took an hour, but the delay was due to a massive load on the support team. We usually respond to tickets within 30-50 minutes, but sometimes there are so many of them that we can't handle them in time.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We will do our best to ensure such issues do not happen again. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Fozzy.
