The quality and speed of FPRA advice

We found the legal advice we have received from the FPRA on several issues to be clear, concise and speedy.
It has helped is to deal with several lease issues that would otherwise required us to find a specialist lawyer ourselves.

Excellent Service

We have been members of the FPRA for several years. The quarterly newsletter often has items of interest. We have emailed for advice several times and have recently done so again with a difficult legal query. We received a comprehensive and helpful response within a few days.

The FPRA subscription is good value for money.

AN INVALUABLE SERVICE!

We are a freehold management company that had lost its way and the FPRA have helped us enormously. They gave us valuable and practical advice in a very difficult situation on our estate. They have helped fill a huge void in understanding that we'd hoped to get from our managing agent but who we feel very let down by. We were worried we had asked to much of them but they came through. We have been members a matter of months but they have become a very reassuring presence. A breath of fresh air! If there were bonus stars for an organisation - I would give it to this one. Their webinars and newsletters are on point and excellent. We wish we'd found them sooner. Well worth the fee!

Invaluable support and legal advice

The team of advisers at the FPRA are awesome. They offer valuable tailored advice based on our lease and have always been quick to respond to our enquiries. We have found their comprehensive professional insights reassuring and we would like to thank the whole team, including the lovely administrators, for their co-ordinated support.

Amazing source of advice

Their advisers provide clear, concise advice and clarify the options for dealing with the wide and growing range of issues that arise when attempting to self manage leasehold properties. Thoroughly recommend.

FPRA to the rescue again!

Our management company have subscribed to the FPRA for 4 years now, and can confidently say it is the best single investment we make. The management of developments like ours (a block of 32 flats) can be a minefield at times, as the revenue-driven goals of managing agents, freeholders and contractors are often in conflict with the interests of leaseholders. We have just received valuable advice from the FPRA on how to verify a survey used to justify a doubling of building insurance - probably the 3rd or 4th time they have earned their fee in the past year alone. Based on the advice we've received since joining the FPRA, we will continue to re-subscribe as a matter of course, and frankly couldn't contemplate doing without this valuable resource.
