If you were unable to provide the bank card necessary to issue you a car, then the rental company you chose could refuse to issue your car to you. I just wanted to book the rental and suddenly I saw on the mail that I had full coverage and need to pay that upon arrival. I ask to cancel it immediately and nobody answers.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience!
My flight was canceled by the airflight company and had to arrive one day later. Unfortunately despite several information provided in advance to Booking car they told me everything is alright but locally the car rental company declared the reservation was canceled because of no show and I totally lost my whole booking and money. So far bookingcar does not provide me any feedback, very bad customer support, really last time I book anything through them. Better book directly with the car rental company that is much better ! Never again, this is really cheating people !
