On date 29/03/2024, I made a parking reservation via your website for my flight from Düsseldorf Airport. I provided my reservation number LLVB4D
at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, there was a serious miscommunication regarding the airport from which my flight was actually departing. Although I provided my flight details correctly, I was not informed that my flight would not be departing from Düsseldorf Airport, but from Düsseldorf Weeze Airport, which is approximately 80 km away from the original airport.
This led to significant inconvenience and extra costs for me. Believing that my flight was departing from Düsseldorf Airport, I had already reserved and paid for parking with your company. However, upon discovering that my flight was departing from a different airport, I had to hastily take a taxi to Düsseldorf Weeze Airport, resulting in additional costs of €200.
This inconvenience could have been avoided if your system had correctly indicated that my flight would depart from a different airport than the one I had selected. I am disappointed by the lack of adequate communication and the fact that I am now burdened with unexpected costs due to this error.
I kindly request that you take my complaint seriously and propose a suitable solution. I expect at least a refund of the parking costs I incurred, given the circumstances beyond my control. Additionally, I would like to see steps taken to prevent such mistakes from occurring in the future, so that other customers do not have to experience the same adverse consequences.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

the price is a bit exaggerated, considering that it is not the summer season and it is a small airport. For example, parking at Amsterdam airport was 30% cheaper, for comparison, at Brussels airport it cost a little less, not to mention Charleroi airport which cost only €37 for 7 days. Next time I will choose to fly from Amsterdam.
