I ordered some restock products because…

I ordered some restock products because they are my favourites & are of great quality. Unfortunately, the courier (Royal Mail, UK) didn't deliver & the package had to be resent. Customer service was excellent & had rapid responses to all my emails. Very happy & will continue to use.

I asked for advise on one of their products that I bought on prescription and that was 3 months ago and to date they have not even bothered to reply. Customer service sucks.

Package Marked as Delivered but Never Received And BAD Customer service

I am very disappointed with this company’s customer service.

On January 24, I ordered three products online, and the very next day the order was already marked as delivered, which seemed extremely unusual. Packages have never arrived that quickly for me.

I contacted the company by email since I could not find a U.S. customer service phone number. Instead of helping, they told me to ask my neighbors or contact USPS myself. I have never had a company expect the customer to investigate a missing package.

At the end I haven’t receive my package or my money back.

It wasn't an experience with the…

It wasn't an experience with the company, but one of their products - Mascara Protect : it's useless, only having one side with a brush. The mascara goes on in a clump, need to use another brush to spread the mascara. Doesn't do anything for lashes.
I didn't purchase directly through Svr so can't complain to them!

These products do nothing .My payment was taken without my seeing the tally.The tally was fine but I like to approve.
Anyway big waste of money.

Maximum stress for little return

To make your site more user-friendly and actually LISTEN to the requirements of your potential customers. My experience given my current frustrations, it seems to be impossible to make direct contact with any member of the staff

Very good quality product.

I purchased their SEBIACLEAR serum: the texture is fantastic for a very oily skin like mine, it mattifies instantaneously the skin and reduces, with time, the number of breakouts. I'm personally very happy with my experience.

Disappointing service

I placed an order which was sent via courier service. The courier service failed to deliver, so SVR sent a replacement order, which also was not delivered. Without my asking, they then sent another order - which, guess what, was not delivered. Now this is not their fault - it was the fault of the courier service - but after repeated emails and online contacts, they have ignored my requests for refund and I have now had to escalate the request via PayPal and my bank. Very disappointing and I will never be ordering direct from them again!

I state that the customer service is of no use _
For consumers who intend to buy online, (as happened in my case, preferring it to the point of sale because there is the possibility of receiving samples to be able to try the products) in the compilation phase of the the order clearly makes available the selection of three samples but once the transaction has been carried out in the summary they have magically become unavailable for shipment.
It would be correct to inform the consumer which samples are actually available, which is why a user could also decide not to proceed with the purchase and contact his reference pharmacy avoiding incurring shipping costs_
