I made an initiale mistake on my delivery address which led to an impressive series of misunderstandings with the courier service and finally the return of my order.
In a handful of seconds, the Protein works customer service sent me the exact same order, with the corrected address, no questions ask.
That's definitely a 5 star customer service.

PW is very responsive
PW is very responsive, order perfectly tracked and delivered on time. Products are good quality. Maybe it would be good if small plastic spoon would be longer in order to easily take powder such as creatine BCAA or glutamine...because not easy to take it in the bag.

Good CS and affordable
At first I was a bit critic of their 100% protein, but honestly it's not too bad and their more premium (360) proteins taste good. The customer service is great, a bag came damaged but they sent a replacement minutes after I contacted them.

Arrived very quickly
I live in France, and placed my order on a Sunday afternoon. The order was processed and despatched to DPD that same afternoon, and delivered to me in France by Chronopost on the Tuesday, with no import duty to pay. I consider that to be excellent service, and will definitely use Protein Works again.

I am still waiting for my parcel which…
I am still waiting for my parcel which has been 'in transit' several weeks now. I am trying to reach out to someone to solve this issue and all I get is 'sorry, It should be arriving soon'. I want my money back so I can get my protein shake from the corner shop. If I had known this was going to take so long I'd have not bothered. By the time I get my order I'll have to leave the country where I'm temporarily living and do what? Give it away to avoid the hassle of the extra luggage?

All the items I ordered arrived well…
All the items I ordered arrived well packaged, on time in perfect condition. In addition, they were as flavoursome as described in the company's advertising material. It is too early for me to make a difinitive judgement as to the effectiveness of the protein content etc but the early indications are positive. You may wish to know that the main reason I ordered meal replacement items from Protein Works is to regain some of the muscle and strength I have lost while being treated for a chance discovery that I was suffering from late stage cancer, which due to the wonderful, effective treatment I am receiving in France, is beginning to be stabilised. However, you will appreciate that an extremely important part of my recovery is to ensure that my daily protein intake contains all the essential amino acids and meets the crucial level necessary to facilitate the physical requirements of rehabilitation and exercise. Thus it will take some time and effort before I am able to provide a well rounded opinion as to the level of effectiveness of the product to others who find themselves in my particular or similar situation.
