Still got no reply and ive sent 2…

Still got no reply and ive sent 2 messages now. My bottle had its product leaked all over it and there was bits stuck all over the bottle due to the spillage. The lables on the product were also damaged as well i sent photos and your reply back was they leak anyway! Not very professional especially when it almost £40 a bottle. Please reply to my message i sent back to you.

So after your reply below im definitely not ordering from you again! How can you justify that you know these high valued items leak in transit so the customer is not getting the volume of liquid inside plus the product that also is sticky goes everywhere and think that is fine is beyond me. My partners 50th birthday has passed now thanks for making it not that special and ripping me off in the mean time. I asked for a partial refund as i had no time to send it back to you before her birthday last weekend and you have ignored my last messages asking for this so yes you have not answered my messages and im not happy about it, ive given you over 1 week to reply and i said in my message i dont want to have to leave a negaitve review but here i am now leaving my review of my experience with your company. If you treat everyone like this good luck to you!

Just so you know im not trying to scam anyone for free stuff ive spent over £600 on au vodka for my partners birthday and as the Au Vodka Double Espresso Coffee Liqueur i got from you was a limited item you was one of the only people that had one in stock at the time even au vodka did not have it in stock. Its the point you said you know that these leak and said to me the customer that basically i should just wipe it down! If these leak as bad as it was when it was delivered to me then how many times before in transit has it leaked before i have recieved it? This was what i was pointing out these bottles are covered in gold so you cant see the contents inside so ive paid for 70cl bottle i might have been sold 50cl or less i dont know. The condition it came in was really bad as well as a customer i would not expect a premium product to come in that state all the other AU products i bought which was just about everything they sell were all perfect. The lables on yours were all damaged and the product was covered all over the bottle with bits of fibre stuff stuck all over it. Ive googled this product and read reviews off other customers and there are alot of people complaining about the bottles leaking. My partners birthdays has gone now you did not want to reply back to my last message i sent to you by email. Im leaving this review as my experience with your company which is the whole point of leaving reviews i wont be using you again.

Thanks for your message. I am a little confused that the title of your review is that you have had no reply yet you go on to say we did reply. As you know but have not mentioned here, we did accept that the items had small splashes over them, due to a small leakage in transit, and advised that, if you were not willing to wipe the bottles off, which would be an easy and quick solution for your giving them as an urgent gift, you could send them back for a full refund. We guided you to our returns request section. I am sorry but we cannot just refund you as these are high value items and we are just a small, family run business.

You say you did not want to send the Coffee Vodka Liqueur back because you didn't have time before your partener's birthday. Clearly the goods were in acceptable condition. Obviously the tiny spashing on bottles was easily cleaned, as we advised in our original email and good enough to give as a gift?

You say that you did not get the total amount of liquid.
We looked at the photos you sent and could see that the leak was diminutive and resulted in small splashing on the outside of the bottles 1 or 2 ml at most.

You also imply we had something to do with your partners birthday, not being that special because we did not give you a partial refund for goods you accepted?

You clearly state above that you said "i dont want to have to leave a negaitve review".

Conclusion:
We offered to accept a return for a full refund, you decided that the goods were what you wanted and in acceptable condition to give as a gift. Instead, through threat of negative feedback, you tried to force us into letting you keep 2 bottles of expensive coffee vodka and give you money back?
As I said, we are a small company trying to do our best in these trying times,
We will not be feedback blackmailed.

Would use again

Great comms, great price and free p&p over a tenner.
Tried this at Christmas, such a shame its not on the shelves forever. Prefer this product to the original.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry that this has happened. Just for your reference, it might have been better to email or call us with regards to this. If you had let us know directly rather than via a review website post, we could have chased this up with the courier and had it sorted out faster. I just looked at the tracking and it says it is to be delivered Monday. Today is Saturday so I am unable to contact the courier for an update. Please let us know via phone or email if there is another issue with this.

Extortionate postage charge & lack of customer service support!

The product itself was fine however, I contacted your customer service team immediately after placing my order without response by email or phone.

I was trying to make contact as I was extremely unhappy about the extortionate postage/delivery charge of the lens wipes. £9.12!!!

Unfortunately my order had gone through via PayPal before I could stop it. I placed the very same order a few months ago with free shipping, your website also sates free shipping for my particular item but at checkout the charge was applied.

I very much doubt you really think I am a “much valued customer” as you didn’t bother to reply to my email or voice message, I certainly don’t feel valued. :o(

An update, as requested, we have refunded the goodwill gesture of £5 to your payment method which was a card payment rather than paypal

Thanks for your message. Our express delivery service is an added option for customers who would like to ensure their items arrive the next day via DHL this is useful for our customers who have an urgent requirement and is available on the checkout page. We still offer the free 2 to 5 days option for orders over a certain value. I can see that when you ordered, at checkout, the next day option was checked and therefore that was the amount you confirmed when you made the payment.
Our checkout does show the breakdown and ask you to confirm your oder before making payment.

As you selected the next day postage option. Your order was delivered to you using DHL and arrived the next day.

As you know, we did reply to your message and even though we did send using our premium DHL service, we offered you a goodwill gesture of £5 refund on the postage (you selected). We did this because we understand that mistakes can happen.

I am sorry you felt that you needed to leave us a bad review.

I was kept informed and my order…

I was kept informed and my order arrived exactly when promised. The only drawback was that the box had apparently been upside down at some point in transit and some of the contents were damaged (though still edible!!).
