Great service excellent communication good quality fast delivery

Out of date food ( over 2 months) relabelled to hid best before date. Nothing was mentioned in the listing that they were out of date. This date was added after I complained. Refund given.

Excellent company to deal with. Came across Frabco when I was looking for ginger bead kit for my daughters birthday. Was able to get some very useful things for the celebration: customer service was great with very fast despatch. Was able to pick up various make of candy canes also. Very happy with My items which were of Excellent quality makes and great value for money.
Will shop again: highly recommend.

Great Gift, Service great

Good afternoon, on receiving my purchase of the double espresso AU bottle, i have noticed the bottle is leaking as the bottle itself is all wet and smells on the alcohol. Seal has not been broken.

Good evening, I have just picked up your email, I am happy to return the original bottle for further examination for future reference, if you could please send me the returns label I will sent it ASAP as I would like a replacement, and I’m hoping it was just a one off faulty seal / bottle as the packaging it was sent it seemed rather good. Really impressed with the speed and quality of the service from Frabco. I don't usually leave reviews but I ordered a Playmobil set as a Christmas present for our son on Sunday evening - a set which I suspect may be discontinued as I couldn't find stocked elsewhere, but Google suggested Frabco as a retailer and it was in stock and reasonably priced. Having never heard of them before I was a little hesitant, but online reviews looked reasonable so I decided to go ahead and order. Tuesday afternoon, it arrived, very well packaged too. I received several order updates throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

It's nice to see that there are independent retailers that can offer the same (if not better!) level of online shopping experience that you would usually only expect from larger, mainstream retailers. The Am*zon order, I placed at the same time hasn't arrived yet... ;-)
