Some Excellent Product Inferior Customer Service
Fragflex could be a truly great business to purchase fragrances from but they have a few serious problems.
The shipping time and batching procedure leaves much to be desired.
The company doesn't seem too concerned with customer service. They haven't responded to my product issue. They don't make the product but they do profit from the sale.
French Avenue Royal Blend Sequoia certainly doesn't live up to the hype. It also has a broken spray nozzle or something. Barely, any juice comes out.
However, Fragrance World Renee Carmine is a very rare find. A solitairy inspiration, it's an almost perfect replication of Marc Antoine-Barrois' Tilia. Paris Corner Tawaaq is as good or better than Matiere Falcon Leather. French Avenue Carnal Desire Aromatix X doesn't smell as much like Maison Crivelli Cuir Infrarouge as I was hoping but is awesome in it's own right.
All but Sequoia are incredible.
Even though most of the products I purchased are excellent, their customer service is not.

***I provided pictures as they asked and have not heard back from them. Ironic. The lack of effective communication was one of the things for which she apologized. I don't believe they intend to make this right. They are certainly questioning my integrity. I never questioned theirs when I paid for my order. This is typical of these small companies.***
