Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Highly professional and premium quality

One of the best places for streaming assets. The overlays are modern, fully optimized, and incredibly easy to set up. Communication was smooth and professional. Highly recommended for any streamer looking to level up their content!

BEWARE: Migrated from a subscription service, got a downgrade in return

Before going standalone, I was using Streamlabs' Ultra subscription service. It mainly had smooth animations, TikTok assets, and a fairly different style of social icons (plus way more as well) in comparison to the standalone version of the overlay I had gone with. Was expecting the same deal as is also advertised but was let down as soon as I had setup the standalone overlay. When contacting the FragileGFX team, it took about a year + 2 emails to get a response from them and nothing from them since.

I'd advise caution for anyone wanting to get an overlay from FragileGFX. If one of their overlays just so happens to have this particular issue, who knows how many others may have it as well. That's not to mention either, if I have to be perfectly frank, the unreliable and (not entirely) abysmal "customer servicing" I had to go through just spanning over several emails.

So going forward from this, if I had to get another FGFX overlay, I'd go with Streamlabs without any hesitation. Even though I'd be on a subscription model, I have a whole lot more trust in them to not do any deceiving in the slightest and to at least get any sort of response within a more reliable amount of time than the FGFX team no matter how big either parties are.
