the wrong airpod case was ordered and it was returned. We have been trying to get a refund for the past 3 months and still not received. I have purchased the correct case but I had to use glue to keep it together as it kept falling apart. Not a very reliable company to buy from. They promise and they undeliver.
update: I got the refund thanks to Rita, still I would not buy from them again as the phone case I purchased at Christmas pulled apart

Excellent customer service team. When I made a mistake they responsed in a very timely and efficient manner and everything was resolved in a very friendly and proactive manner. Highly recommend.

My phone case broke and they sent me a new one!

When my order arrived, I received a phone case that I didn't order instead of the one that I did order. Fortunately, the customer service team was wonderful and worked hard to ensure I got everything I ordered. Highly recommend, and the phone cases are great quality and very cute!

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still awaiting delivery, the phone cases appear to be stuck in Germany, if I’d have known they were shipped from there in wouldn’t have ordered

Following on from this review the customer service received has been great, they tracked the parcel which was received, my daughter is happy with the cases although I’d note that they aren’t the most protective/thickest but they look good!

I definitely recommend Fragola. When I had a problem with my order, they handled it very quickly and sent me a new one at no extra cost. Their customer service was really helpful and efficient, which made the whole experience much better. I’m very satisfied and would happily order from them again.

Worked with me through an unfortunate situation of my package going missing at my apartment complex and provided excellent care and service! Went above and beyond and even reached out to USPS directly when I wasn’t getting a response on my end and graciously are resending my package. Helped resolve everything in a timely manner and showed true care for me and getting a resolution on my missing package!

I had some problems with the delivery but that’s all I could complain about. The cases look very good especially the designs. I got the case with the MagSafe and I love it. Would recommend and buy it again.

My package had been in transit for a month. I contacted Fragola and they got to work right away. The package probably got stuck somewhere, which was beyond their control. They are now sending me a new one. Great service!
