The Fragrance Nevaeh Team gave me a distinguished and remarkable customer service experience, like none I’ve experienced before in the best way possible. I preordered Mind Games Blockade. Their preorders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to their warehouse, something also stated on their preorder listings and website, so the transparency is much appreciated. As expected, the fragrance was shipped out a little after the two week mark and arrived to me a few days after. Unfortunately, as cautious as shippers and Fragrance Nevaeh as a seller can be, accidents do happen, and when the fragrance arrived it was broken. Fortunately, I emailed their customer service email account, they asked me for a few pictures and provided me with a form to fill out and in no time, they were able to ship me out a second bottle. Now, the second bottle also did not make it, maybe it was a factory error, but the Anya was so kind and caring to not only ship a third bottle (after fulfilling the photo and form prerequisites), but to also, at my request, ship with another delivery company, and over pack the box to ensure safe arrival. The third bottle came in today, and after a healthy wait and some patience, I can happily say that the fragrance came in perfect condition and as expected, it is 100% AUTHENTIC. Of course it was frustrating as a customer to go through the trials, but Anya and Caleb had excellent communication and ensured a positive experience throughout, despite the setbacks. This is not my first purchase, but it is a good reminder that Fragrance Nevaeh truly cares about its customers. Thank you guys again, and I can’t wait for my next purchase!

Excellent experience I bought Delina de marly exclusive the order came within one week and it's authentic I compared it to the one that I bought 1year ago from nordstrom it's exact same but half price

I was very pleased with how fast my package arrived, since it was like 3 days earlier than the expected date, and the bottle of Ingenious Ginger I ordered is 100% genuine and has already become one of my most complimented fragrances. 100% recommended!

From what I can see the company seems to be legit and definitely has lots of happy customers so no complaints there. I’ll probably readjust this rating if I ever receive my fragrance but I signed up for texts alerts when pre orders will be back in stock which I did for sospiro vibrato. I placed an order within seconds of receiving the alert. A whole month later my Vibrato still hasn’t even been shipped out. I’ve been told “it’s coming this week” since June 10th. I fully understand it’s a Pre-Order so I can cut slack but an entire month? If there’s genuine delays fine, but SAY that. Don’t tell me it’s coming this week everytime I ask because then it seems like games are being played. Let customers know if there are issues or delays. Then they ask for 5% cancel fee. Another thing, on there Tik Tok they are posting sospiro vibrato’s and that Sospiro Pre-Orders are available which makes no sense because my order that was placed a month ago still hasn’t shipped out. Will re-adjust rating if I ever receive the vibrato.

Great site to purchase top quality fragrances if it’s still in stock. (They do sell out on the most popular brands) They have amazing prices that I can actually buy without breaking the bank. I’m honestly happy I found out about them. Definitely give them a try! Also my last two PDM I purchased from them came fairly quickly. I will definitely be buying more in the future!

Fragrance Nevaeh is the only place i will buy my niche perfumes. Caleb is authentic, honest & trustworthy. He cares about the quality of his perfumes & operates with integrity & professionalism. He is quick to respond to messages & emails. Forthcoming with what shipments are coming in & the time lines. He doesn't make promises he cant deliver on. He even helped steer me on verifying a batch during a purchase of a fragrance he did not carry with another retailer. THAT is when i knew his commitment to making sure his customers are getting good quality is REAL. I always get my fragrances in a timely manner, well packaged & with a beautiful note of gratitude. I would not be able to own ANY of the perfumes i do if it weren't for fragrance nevaeh which is why if they don't carry it, i wont buy it.

I recently purchased a fragrance and it’s 100% fake! Unauthentic I reached out to them and they told me to let my Fragrance sit for a few days because of the temperature of the shipping. What does that have to do with anything that I purchased. quality bottles of fragrance withstand heat from all over the world I’ve been in the industry for several decades and I know what I’m talking about I know what’s authentic and what’s not the bottle is very hard to detect that it’s fake, but there are discrepancies in the bottom of the bottle and the juice smells nothing like the real stuff that I purchased from the stores. Do not buy from this company. I want my refund and I will be contacting the FTC in regards to this if they continue to ignore my emails.

I preordered a bottle of reflection 45 from them, and the experience was fantastic. They responded quickly on Instagram, the prices were great, and once it shipped it came pretty quick. Comparing it to official samples from Amouage, it's identical. Will definitely be buying from them again!
