I would give zero stars. This is a SCAM ARTIST running this website. You order, they steal your money and never fill your order. Their email address is fake and their phone # is disconnected. I reported then to the BBB but will pursue it criminally seeing how many people they have stolen from.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Placed my order almost a month ago,still "unfulfilled,"emailed twice, no response, phone number disconnected. Gonna file a grievance w my bank bc I work hard for my money and refuse to be scammed. DO NOT buy from here.

Ordered from FragranceUSA 3 weeks ago and never got my order shipped. In addition, reached out several times through email and never got a single response from FragranceUSA. Do NOT order from them!

Never shipped my product. No way to contact them. Phone number disconnected & won’t reply to emails! DONT ORDER! I have to believe most of good reviews are fake. Don’t risk your money! So pissed

ordered a cologne from them which should take 1 business day to process. It has been 4 business days and these guys have not processed the order. They don't reply to emails nor pick up calls. AVOID

My son has been bugging me non stop to get him some colognes and have been looking everywhere for the best price. Was recommended Fragranceusa by a friend and the shipping was quick and was able to get my son the fragrance he wanted for his birthday. Good stuff thank you

It’s hard to find a company these days that offer such a large discount on Luxury fragrances. Anyone that’s skeptical, I saved over $400 and received my items within two days! Will be ordering again very soon.

Every major brand is carried, I struggled to find certain fragrances on other discounters.. and stumbled upon FragranceUSA after googling other discounters, I found this recommendation on Reddit.
