Forth order now from this company and will be the last, First order the frames were made undersize and had to be redone second order no fixings, third order frame damaged and lastly fourth order, item not delivered now for four weeks blaming Parcelforce making it my fault and my responsibility to chase Parcelforce. receptionist probably the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, avoid this company at all costs

They offer a great choice of quality frames at a good price. The website is easy to navigate and use. Their customer care is personal and first rate. I had a slight issue with delivery, which Lucy dealt with immediately. I am so pleased with the frames I ordered and will definitely order from them again
I've ordered from Frame-Express.net a few times now, each time the service has been excellent, the product perfect. My last 2 orders were made separately, so 2 lots of P&P were charged, my own fault for not thinking straight. However I received an email from Lucy saying it had been spotted, my second P&P had been refunded and all my frames were being dispatched together. What refreshing honesty. Can't praise them hightly enough.
