I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still showing as “in preparation.” I have not received any tracking information, and my emails have gone unanswered.
The lack of communication is very disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least a response or an update on my order.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, as this experience has not met expectations.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service from France Aesthetic. This is my 4th order, and once again the delivery was quick and safe. I purchased a peeling product but never received a confirmation email. Although the payment was processed, the status of my order shows as "cancelled." and I have not received my product. I have contacted them several times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Therefore, the cancellation email you received refers only to the first, incomplete order.

Unfortunately, I have not received my order for over a month. I have also not received any response to my emails. The customer service is very disappointing, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. This is not the level of service I expected.
