Ordered a rattan coffee storage table from Francis & Row. Not initially in stock but we were kept up to date with estimated delivery time. The company could not have been more helpful and definitely went the extra mile liaising with the local delivery firm on our behalf. The coffee table is beautiful and well constructed, exactly as described and perfect for our space.

Beautiful product, well made and exactly the look I wanted. I have searched for months for this kind of scandi spindle back bench. Lots of brands sell this for a much higher price - excellent brand and great products. Shipping quick, easy and realiable! Win win!

I contacted Francis & Row about ordering some furniture which I had ordered before from a different firm and had problems with. Laura found out all the information I needed and I felt comfortable placing the order. She provided clear and truthful updates as I needed them and the furniture arrived. Very good exactly as described and worth the price. Delivery was excellent, product extremely well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. very pleased with the product and customer service received. I would happily recommend and would trust in the future.

Delivered in timely fashion and well packaged. Very happy with product. Extremely comfortable to sit on. The colour is not quite what I was expecting more of a dusky rose pink, but not disappointed. Had the 50’s look I was after. Easy to assemble. Also it’s light in weight which is something I was looking for. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
