Our experience has been one of an absolutely first class service in every respect. Our dealings from start to finish of our sale and purchase transactions have been dealt with efficiently and in a most helpful and professional manner by Nicola and Mandy and we would have no hesitation in recommending Frank & Co to anyone requiring legal representation for conveyancing etc. We were concerned about the very tight timeframe our buyers were demanding over the Christmas and New Year period but Nicola was confident that it would be met and it was. No need for concern. The entire business was dealt with online and by telephone without need for face to face appointments so the fact that we are residing in North Lincolnshire, many miles from the Frank & Co office posed no problems whatsoever. The whole Experience has been really 1st class.

Linzi and the team at Frank and Company have been outstanding from beginning to end, when handling the sale of a bungalow and subsequent delayed purchase of a retirement flat for my 79 year old Mum.
