Orderd a few times. All comes on time correct size and good customer service

My order came and was missing some items! I emailed to question this and request a refund as all underwear different sizes despite saying they are the same size. Have to organise and pay for all refunds.

endless delivery time - Incomplete delivery - No refund for undelivered goods - High shipping costs - High customs fees to the EU - No mention of customs fees during the ordering process - No response to polite inquiries regarding damage claims - STAY AWAY from this shop!

Make any error in your ordering and it’s sorry, we can’t amend or cancel. I realised the mistake 5 mins after ordering.

You can’t tell me I can’t have a refund, that’s against the consumer rights act in the UK.

Avoid this company at all costs! Scammy vibes. Can’t comment on the quality of the product but I’m guessing it’s cheap rubbish.

No faith whatsoever, won’t be using the company again and I’ll be advising all friends/family to avoid if they ever show any interest.

The quality of the boxers suck. The designs get printed on thin white fabric and thats all there is to it. If youre a bit thicker at the waist or butt the waistband digs in harshly, and both pairs I bought already have a hole between the waist-band and fabric. Unfortunate, because the print-designs were cute.

Never buying here again sadly, shouldve maybe known better for the price I guess

In November 2024, I purchased Franklees underwear, expecting high quality based on initial impressions. However, after wearing them for a month, I was disappointed. I believed they were made from good materials and had strong stitching, but out of the nine pairs I bought, four trunks have already unstitched from the elastic.

Before trying Franklees, I consistently bought Nike trunks, which have proven to be much better. My Nike underwear lasted over three years and remain in excellent condition. I was looking for new trunks but ended up dissatisfied with my Franklees purchase.

My new favourite underwear! So comfy and love the fun designs. Also a great company to deal with. Definitely be buying again soon thanks!

5/5 for customer service, 3/5 for the product sizing! There was a huge size discrepancy, as per other reviews, and the L bikini briefs were huge against the M men’s briefs!

Emailed customer service and was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt reply accepting my items for return (albeit I had to pay the postage … even though I’d ordered correctly according to the size charts!). My return was processed quickly once received by Franklees and my refund was also credited to my account quickly. For this reason, I’m going to give them another whirl and just guess what size I need this time! Fingers crossed!

Sizes not tru at all.
Up to 6 cm difference between small, bought 3 pairs.
Got refunded bought 5pairs of medium got 4 medium and 1 XS, sizes still vary up to 6 cm between same size. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I tried the backless bralette first and I am disappointed in the sizing because despite XL having the correct band size the fabric does not cover a plus size boob and there's a lot of side boob spilling out the backless bralette.

I tried the next size up for the cut out crop top bralette, XXL and the elasticated band was 8 inches bigger than the XL band. Way out.
Unfortunately, they don't offer refunds they only offer an exchange with a guarantee to find something that fits you. They have made an exception to that policy for me because of the sizing being off. I would not know what to do if it was limited to exchange only because it's more the designs that do not fit plus size women. I am a UK18 (which is a US 14) which varies between L and XL depending on brand. By measurements the XL should fit and the band on one design is tight but does fit comfortably but there is just not enough fabric across the side boob part. Also the straps are really thin and doubled up into a roll which digs in if you have heavy boobs. I did read elsewhere that Franklees had a variation in size even when someone had ordered the same styles and sizes but different fabrics.

I almost feel like designing a crop bra to fit myself and sell it for plus sizes. TomboyX did a brilliant V neck ruched bralette but they stopped making them and nobody else has anything similar that supports, covers and is comfortable in cotton fabric.

However, I can't fault the customer service at Franklees as they will allow me to have a full refund. I just hope they redesign a style that covers larger boobs like Calvin Klein have with their modern bralettes. Fabric bralettes with an underband can do a lot to support heavier boobs and look young and less matronly.
