Don't bother...dirty mint condition and online refund form doesn't work.
I read the good and bad reviews and decided to give them a go because I wanted to opt for refurbished rather than new. Received iPhone 12 in ex-demo condition and was in bad condition so I requested a refund. But don't use their online form for refunds!!! They didn't get back to me for weeks and I had to email them to sort it out. I re-ordered the same model in mint condition, just received it and it's even worse than the first one, visible grime around the camera from the last person, lots of scratches, I didn't even bother turning it on before requesting a refund. It was like they received the phone from previous owner and passed it onto the buyer without looking at its condition at all. Sadly I just wouldn't bother trying them.

AMAZING but...
Really good that a tree is planted for every phone bought!! Love how you keep the environment in mind :) Phone also arrived within a few days which is great.
However, the phone was wrapped in a tea towel - which I get about the whole environmentally friendly thing - but it felt like I wasn't getting my moneys worth to not even receive the phone in a box...

Battery Issue in Purchased Refurb Phone
I had an issue with a battery in a phone I purchased in November. I sent an email to Frank, but as I needed the phone urgently repaired. Once Frank got back to me I advised what had happened and the refunded me the cost of the battery replacement, I didn’t even ask for it. Fantastic customer support!

Nice phone , had delivery trouble , not franks fault tho. In saying that it would have been nice to know 3 weeks after iPhone 11 purchase , I could have purchased iPhone 12 for $50 extra . If I’d known I would have waited the 3 weeks
