The pillow was delivered quickly. It’s a very smart concept with different layers that can be organized to one’s personal needs. I’m still in the process of figuring out what works best for me, but I’m sure it will work out great.

After trying several pillows because of my neckpain, a friend introduced me to Franky's Pillow. The main advantages are that the pillow keeps in the same shape the whole night and that you can adjust the height at your own preference. With previous pillows I woke up several times a night to rearrange the pillow or it's position. Because of Franky's pillow I have better nights without waking up and my neckpain is gone. The service was great, fast delivery and clear instructions. Even though the pillow is more expensive than other pillows, i'd definitely recommend it!
Franky and his team are amazing! They have given me such great customer service, even when my parcel was not delivered, they followed up to ensure it was delivered again!
Regarding the quality of the pillows, I am definitely going to buy more for myself and my family. As a sufferer of sleep disorders, I havent experienced any sleep loss since buying this pillow and I can promise I have tried MANY pillows to improve my sleep.
By far this is the best and I wish this was more easily available in shops!
