Support nalways reply but rarely resolve anything.
Since the big take down on IPTV there service has never recovered, anytime a big event is in eg a popular match or UFC event all the sports channels die.

Very satisfying contact with support, very quick and very honest (got a refund without any complaint, just a quick contact and it was done). Regarding the services, same as the support nothing to say except it's perfect : stable, no freeze, outstanding diversity... I highly recommend 👌👌👌👌👌

I'm a seasonal IPTV customer, I've had to deal with all sorts of providers before. Must say most of them are of very low quality and some with pretty pathetic customer service. Franqie.com completely changed my mind, premium customer service, thoroughly professional, excellent quality and above all very very understanding.
