Absolutely one of the worst companies…

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They seem completely incompetent, unprofessional and unable to process the most simple of requests. I fail to see how the instruction “PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT” can be misinterpreted. The customer service agents try but I’m convinced they have been instructed to ignore/confuse consumers. I have overpaid on my account by less than £4 and in order to get my money back they want me to send a PDF of my bank account (I think not) I have now told them to write the overpayment off & simply close the account. Fingers crossed they can manage that!

I have been waiting for my refund

I have been waiting for my refund for just under 2 weeks and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me through the Frasers plus app. order was confirmed returned on the 13th by sports direct but still no money back from Frasers plus. order number SD40000126933723. would appreciate if someone contacted me.

Unethical company

Unethical company, purposely make it difficult to pay of simple plan. Set up a direct debit initially but they didn't take the money out and charged me a late payment fee. Avoid at all cost. It's not worth it

Thief’s and liars

They don’t deserve 1 star absolutely the worst company ever, the must have scrapped the bottom of the barrel for staff, Nomas is a liar absolutely full of lies and it’s all on paper, if I could post pictures I would, illegal behaviour I am now intouch with the financial conduct authority, and liaising with the Ombudsman, customers deserve better service. It’s a shame that you can’t give 0 stars.
My studio account switched to Frasers plus and due to the ridiculous way they work out their interest and payments I decided to clear the balance. As their app is not clear at all I paid more than I needed to and was informed I had a credit on the account and this needed to be refunded before my account could be closed. This was on the 12th August. I still have not received my refund. The goalposts keep changing, I am being given different timescales everytime I contact them, they’ve asked me for bank details and bank statements which I’ve sent, and still no refund and no idea when this will be returned.
I have three open complaints and will be taking this further with the financial ombudsman. They are actively breaching consumer duty and don’t seem to have the foggiest on what they should be doing!
Studio have made a terrible mistake switching to this company and why anyone decides to use them is beyond me. Absolutely appalling service and only seem to employ a bunch of cowboys.

Cleared my balance and requested a simple account closure. 3 weeks later, no correspondence at all! No contact telephone number to get this done and a stupid chatbot to interact with which is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Horrible experience

I paid £400 to clear my balance to zero, and guess what, they still took another £240 by direct debit. The £400 payment is not even showing in the app. Stay away from this company! I opened a support ticket and was told I would receive an email with a reference number, but it never arrived.
This feels like a pure scam. I am now going to file a complaint with the FCA.

Frasers plus is awful. I’ve paid all my bills off and I’ve requested to close my account. I’m still waiting to speak to someone about it and nothing.
I feel the APR is too high and that’s the reason I’m leaving.

Fraser plus avoid !
Switched from Studio and paid a payment 3 weeks in advance and proven I have paid this and they have lost my payment!!!
No phone number to contact been talking to people on live chat so now I’m going to incur a late payment fee and it’s still not been found 2 weeks later !!
All I get is we will contact you when it’s found !!!!

If you want get hit on your credit score and waste your time

If you want to get a hit on your credit score and waste your time, use Frasers. I tried to open an account with them. Despite having a yearly income of over £50,000, savings of over £20,000, an excellent credit score, and zero debts, they still declined my application for a random reason. All I wanted was to use it for discounted items from Sports Direct. I will never try them again. Giving away your personal data for them and nothing in return is the same as giving it to scammers.

I have been trying to get a refund of £119.98 for weeks. they keep saying it will be in my account in 3-5 working days and it is a lie. I have given them all the information they have asked for and then they ask you it again. It is just continual stalling tactics. The worse thing Studio ever did and I have been a customer for 20 years and never had this problem. I have over 40 emails just trying to get my money. If they think I will get fed up and leave it, they are wrong. I am 72 years old and it is a lot of money they have got that is rightfully mine by law.

The Frasers Plus app is really user-friendly

The Frasers Plus app is really user-friendly, with helpful icons at the footer on the home page once you're signed in. The FAQ section is straightforward and easy to understand. I think, as customers, it’s important for us to take responsibility for understanding our credit and how the process works for us.

If you’re not patient or just not that into reading how things work, this app might not be the best fit.

Personally, I’ve always taken responsibility for the credit I’ve signed up for, so I make sure I understand how to pay it back. There are no hidden surprises with this company—interest is clearly shown upfront for the period you choose, or you can opt for interest-free payments for three months. Plus, you can change your payment plan at any time.

Remember, your credit and debt are your responsibility. This app puts you in control, allowing you to manage your payments comfortably and at your own pace.

Since this shower have taken over studio it's nearly impossible to pay them off...all done intentionally I think so they can scam unpaid Levi's in an unsuspecting public .. remedy...don't pay them...will not be phoning them again and all future letters straight in the bin.

A star is even a good rate for this scam company! None existing customer services, no contact details to speak to someone and the chat online might as well be a joke! They’ve charged me twice for a Barbour jacket and still can’t get in touch with anybody to resolve this issue. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Just vile

Absolutely vile company who encourage people to get into debt. The transfer was forced on me by Studio credit, with no say in the matter. This wouldn’t be the end of the world IF the credit was transferred under the same conditions as Studio, but unfortunately this is not the case.

I downloaded the app as instructed and was absolutely appalled to discover they had automatically placed me on a 12 month payment plan, with an interest rate which made my balance DOUBLE the amount. The APR is 49.9% and no way of changing it.

I tried to pay the balance in a much larger amount in order to pay it off and get rid of them as soon as possible. Of course, there is no way to do this; guess why? Because they want to keep you longer and get more money from you. Just vile and encouraging people into accumulating debt, or increasing any they already have. Reviews on the App Store state similar to mine and it’s clearly not an isolated incident.
