Asking for too much personal data
Why do they need all my personal information?? Name, address, age, email and phone number.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software.

Why do they need all my personal information?? Name, address, age, email and phone number.
That is one thing that is very interesting about fraudehelpdesk.nl . You can not tell who (the name, number and e-mail) send you a spam e-mail, made call, or send you an sms. As it is prosecuted by EU law. But you need to give them your full name, your telephone number, your full address, your e-mail, etc. And the question why? Why they collecting all this information if they can not really help you? It is a very suspicious organization. And I do not understand the purpose of it at all.
I was checking the phone number of a scam-like sms sent by the "tax authorities", and found them. You can make a report of a fraud, but you must include sensitive personal information, which is very suspicious, not talking about the fact this dutch website has an english name. This is unlikely in the Netherlands
