Very happy so far!

I have personally implemented and managed many websites using different platforms and the last one was Shopify. Shopify has a built in fraud score but does not compare to the flexibility FraudLabs offers. I have been using FraudLabs for almost a month now and I must say I'm very happy with its flexibility, options and ability to configure almost all aspects of the software, something you can't do at all with Shopify.

Good data points but poor transaction filters.

It has very good features and rules. I can highlight BIN data and rule grouping to create unique prevention conditions.

Weaknesses and points to improve:
1) Ability to filter and perform searches on transactions, or at least allow export of all data, and not just what is shown in the list. This is a very important point since without this it is almost impossible to perform advanced fraud analysis.
2) Allow creating custom fields and building rules on them.
3) Blacklist and whitelist of custom fields.
4) Manage the blacklist and whitelist from the API.
