Anytime I had a question I got a response and if I had a problem they had a solution just as quick
I rarely rate companies positively, but their products are awesome and they have an amazing customer service.
Unfortunately, our current housing arrangement didn’t work for the bench I ordered. FA had an incredible customer support team - notably NOT a bot - but humans. They helped take care of me and for that I will absolutely be a customer in the future.

I ordered back in November with an estimated delivery of end of December. It was pushed to end of January. We're in February and no sign. I've contacted support twice and the emails have been ignored.
Beware.
Update 2 - they finally sent the bench. But after all these months only half of it. There should have been two boxes I got 1.
It is possible to connect them. Only email. And that is generally ignored for a few days as they are understaffed I guess.
Update 3 - another day again Freak have provided no information. Wait for 4 months. Get half a bench. They have no clue whats going on and are doing nothing to rectify.,
Do not reward companies that do not provide any communication after their errors with you custom. There are lots off equivalent benches out there.

Top notch products backed by great people!
I’m based in New Zealand and spent over a month trying to purchase the ABX Bench due to very poor customer service. Although one helpful staff member eventually assisted me with the purchase, I was never informed before paying that delivery would take over two months. I only found out afterward. Since then, customer service has been unresponsive, and I’ve been unable to get either a clear delivery timeframe or a refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Ordered the Hyper Pro after seeing it reviewed on YouTube. Delivery was very quick and the product is excellent. It’s exactly as advertised and exceeded my expectations in regards to build quality.
One of the pads arrived with some slight damage. But this was quickly dealt with by the excellent after sales team, who quickly dispatched a replacement. Great product and great service.

Ignores emails regarding returns but responds almost instantly about purchases. No response to email since 12/31 despite return being delivered over a week ago. I have sent three emails total and not received a response. Sent back leg developer not even the full machine and they can’t even process a refund for that. I realize it says 5-7 business days to process the return/ refund but why does it suddenly take two weeks to respond to polite emails when the day I emailed about purchasing it only took a few hours?
Update 1/15 -
Received response regarding return. Refund was given for the leg developer kit however the sales tax was not adjusted/ refunded until associate was reminded that this should be adjusted as well since the purchase price changed. The response to this error was quick and they then refunded that amount as well.
I advise customers to make sure they are getting the full refund amount in the event this situation happens again.
After a month of regular use I can say the machine is a quality machine but I think $800 is a bit much but bringing a 120 pound box to ups sounds too difficult for it to be worth it. The leg developer was not worth the money at all. I’m 5’1 so I’m not sure if height played a part in that but it did not appear safe or effective at all.
