A second wonderful experience...
On October 3, 2024 we had to move our websites to Freakhosting after discovering our previous provider was not providing all that was promised when we hired them. We had already moved one of our projects to Freak Hosting back in August of 2024.
The transfer of one specific site was no simple task as it has very special requirements and needs TLC. Vlad was up to the challenge and and went above and beyond to make this happen. He worked tirelessly for three days and was relentless and very determined to make this site work with our special requirements. At the end of the day, he was successful in completing the transfer and getting things up and running. The site is even running better than it had before!
You will not find a more dedicated team anywhere else. Customer service is exceptional and responsive and Vlad and his team are very clear on what to expect and what, if any, limitations exist for all of the services that are offered. There are no tricks or gimmicks here. I could not be more pleased! I know that this company truly has my back and gets the job done right the first time.

Our VPS are ideal for running game servers, websites, or applications, which typically fall within reasonable traffic limits. However, using a continuous bandwidth of around 100 Mbps will generate significantly more traffic, which exceeds what is considered Fair Usage for a service priced at 2-5 euros. This level of usage incurs higher costs, which is why it may lead to temporary restrictions. We hope this clarifies the situation and appreciate your understanding.

Great budget vps plan
I switched to this company after much agony with the past provider, which is not even on this site, the second month I use a budget vps with a location in Germany, not one complaint, always a stable connection without failures)
I use the vps for trading, and for these purposes it suits perfectly.

Installation stucked
I booked a free 2-day trial for a game server. After 15 hours, the installation was still incomplete. Support took several hours to assist. In the meantime, I switched to a different hoster.

I registered a vps server on September 14, tinkered with it for two days, but was still unable to achieve a speed of more than 500mbps (the description states a speed of 10 gbps and unlimited traffic). After registering a ticket, they suddenly inform me that a refund is not possible, because... I accepted their offer. The fact that their offer includes a three-day return guarantee does not seem to bother them.
I have not yet checked how this relates to the law on the provision of services. If they continue to refuse, I will request a chargeback from the bank and write to the relevant services.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Dedicated Servers and VPS are non-refundable. Once deployed, they cannot be deactivated or refunded. This policy is in place because we incur costs that cannot be recovered once the services are provisioned and also avoid misuse. These terms were agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Regarding the Budget VPS and its 10Gbps port, it’s important to note that while the connection can reach up to 10Gbps depending on location and peering with other providers, actual speeds may fluctuate, typically ranging between 2Gbps and 7Gbps. Please ensure that the server you are using for speed tests supports 10Gbps connections, as many servers on speedtest.net are capped at 1Gbps. It's also important to mention that a guaranteed 10Gbps connection would cost significantly more—around €400-500 per month or more—so it’s unlikely to find such an offer at €2 per month.

Since refunds are not possible, I’ve reactivated your service. While you may not need it immediately, it remains available for future use should you require it.

The best provider in their field in my opinion
I would like to share my pleasant impressions about the FreakHosting company. Firstly, I really liked the price/quality ratio. Secondly, it is very responsive support (yes, sometimes the response time to a request may be longer than usual, but still real people work in support). Thirdly, I like the simplicity of the web services control panel and integration with Cloudflare-type services in one click.
