Only just found Freckleface wax melts and they are fantastic. Bought a tube of mixed fragrance wax melts on a visit to the excellent Chatsworth garden center and although not cheap they were well worth every penny. Compared to all the wax melts I've had before, Freckleface melts are in a different league, these kept their scent for ages and you could smell it in every room of the house, also whilst the house was empty through the day and no candles were heating the wax up, the scent off the wax was still permeating the entire house, definitely recommended.

So glad I discovered these in Vinegar Hill Stratford upon Avon, and even more pleased when I found there website, these are without doubt the best wax melts you can buy, the fragrances are amazing and one melt lasts ages with the scent completely filling my house, cannot recommend enough.

This is a wonderful company. Subscription to the monthly wax melts, and they are always so amazing. Like getting a box of chocolates but little mini beauty parcels of scent. Always had a little gift in the box too which is so nice. Discovered the fragrance in Fenwicks and so glad I did. Guests in the house always compliment the scents. Had a newsletter issue lately and customer service couldn’t have been kinder. Thanks for a great service!

I was really lucky to receive the wax melt gift set and a candle as a birthday gift and I was totally blown away with how pretty the wax melts were and the amazing fragrance they give off! They fill my house with a beautiful aroma and I can’t wait to order some more.

I was given some wax melts for Christmas. The fragrance last twice as long as other wax melts. The fragrance is also very subtle, not overpowering.

I ordered the sweet pea reed diffuser after using the wax melt which smelled gorgeous. The diffuser smells of nothing until you sniff it up close and then it smells of nail varnish remover. Wasted money

I visited the Cheltenham store today for the first time. Service was 10/10, the member of staff (didn’t get his name - so sorry!) was really friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made my first experience in the store a pleasure! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

WARNING Pictures may be deceiving!! they absolutely are!! Pictures do not match whats advertised on the web site £14.99 +pp (£5) gift set! its absolutely disgusting, the assorted gifts fit through your letterbox, so you work out how big and the quality is…. very very disappointing…...

Unreal wax melts, so strong and smell so good! Last forever. Beautifully handcrafted and love the contribution to being eco friendly!!

Initially was bough a box as a present then was hooked! I now order directly from their site, third large order just arrived and already have them filling my room with beautiful smells. Absolutely gorgeous wax melts, considering I have them on for 8 hours a day and they easily go two or three days before smell goes, means they are extremely high quality

We were served by Flo during our visit to Freckleface in York. She is a breath of fresh air! We were interested in the dried flowers and admired all the arrangements around the shop, which Flo made….. they are amazing!
She is so personable and was very patient (with us), as we selected (with her great advice) what to choose. We came away with an amazing flower arrangement each and fab vase (sone lovely, and different ones to choose from)

She is a font of all knowledge and helped us with directions to sone of the sites and quirky bars for the evening!!

Great experience in Freckleface….. go on treat yourself

Bought a Fleckleface candle vintage 68 Laura Ashley for around £20 in Lincoln for my wife's birthday in January and decided to light it this weekend it had a beautiful scent. It has burnt down approximately 20mm and stopped. On investigation found there was no more wick. Sadly very disappointing.

Discovered this gem of a shop in York last February. Bought a diffuser, candle and wax melts. The smell and longevity of the products were great. Went on to order a further 2 diffusers online. One of which smelt fine and lasted, the other did not. Put this down to one of those things. My partner ordered a Home fragrance Hamper for my birthday. Received notification to say it had been delivered along with a "proof photo". No card put through our door or any indication of which house its been given to. We do not recognise the door way or the bottom half of the person in the photo! We've asked our neighbours and all have said they've not received it. We've posted the so called delivery photo on our community facebook page and no one has come forward to say they have it. We've emailed the customer team at Freckleface and the response we were given was to ask the neighbours again if they have it!!! We have no doubt to not believe our neighbours that we've known for 8 years! I don't doubt that the order was sent out, but surely there should be some process in place to ensure that the courier you use, deliver, and can give proof of a house number that it's been delivered to. Very poor customer service, lack of care and no urgency from their end to chase up the courier. £60 out of pocket. Very disappointed.

Emailed the team as advised and dealt with Emily, who was very helpful. She arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately and it arrived today. Thank You Emily, if we'd had that response from our first contact then I would have rated higher.

Introduced to Freckleface by a friend and now use the melts on a daily basis. Beautiful fragrances that match your mood. Just used the online gift service (because I couldn’t get to a stockist) to purchase a birthday present and so impressed by the reasonable cost, superior packaging and speedy delivery.

I cannot express how much joy these little bundles of wax melts bring me now I have joined the wax melt club. They may be small but they really pack a punch. So many candles/reed diffusers/wax melts don’t have much smell at all but these can fragrance really large areas and smell divine. The coffee coolers are my favourite. The monthly subscription also comes with free gifts. Freckleface Home Frangrance I LOVE YOU! 🥰

Item was stolen despite royal mail clearly not following delivery instructions. Refusing to do anything despite having a broken foot. Their position is I am to search high and low whilst on crutches or raise with police. Zero humanity shown, disgusting small business DO NOT give them your custom.

Updated: Reached out and they did nothing. Just suggested I go elsewhere to replace and spend more money. Despicable.

I first bought the wax melts as a pick and mix at a local nursery and they smelt wonderful, so much so I then signed up for the subscription boxes a few months ago and have never been disappointed, thanks.

I purchased a room diffuser from Freckleface having "bought in" to the story of the brand but the scent was so weak that I could not smell it unless I held the diffuser directly under my nose! The diffuser was in my home office which is a small space of about 12m square.
My wife and 2 daughters all agreed that the diffuser was not giving off anything like a reasonable scent,
I contacted Freckleface who did absolutely nothing but disparage my sense of smell and that nobody else had ever complained before. This is not the way to deal with a genuine complaint - I hold a Phd in marketing so I know how to build and damage a brand - Frackleface please note!!!!
