Slechte kwaliteit

Espadrilles gekocht in mijn maat, waren te groot. Terug moeten sturen en weg was mijn korting. Bij mijn vraag of ze ze nog binnen kregen een maat kleiner was het antwoord: nee. Maar ik kon ze wel nog krijgen bij Nelson. Daar gekocht, ze passen maar bij het lopen zakt het hakgedeelte naar beneden! Kan ze dus niet aan! Schoenen van €170 die ik nu naar de schoenmaker moet brengen om er een stevige hak in te laten zetten zodat ik ze toch kan dragen. Hele slechte kwaliteit voor die prijs. Had ik niet verwacht van dit merk!
