I've been a huge fan since my first pair many years ago. The quality in more recent years has definitely declined drastically and countless people are having the same issue with no recognition from the company. I've around 8 pairs currently with holes at the crotch. There's a huge issue with quality standard in that area and it's been cited for years yet nothing changes. There's a change in some fabrics to a lessor stretch quality, which by nature of the garment, was a very poor decision. I've spent a lot of money over the years, as I adore the fit. But I've parted ways as the customer responses are not being taken seriously. Poor attitude to an obvious widespread issue.

Ordered 3 items. 2 of them was wrong - what I didn't ordered. Shipped back, got a refound, but paid shipping costs. Fault wasn't mine and got expenses. This isn't fair.
Contacted them as 5hey suggested bellow, but never got answer.

I've ordered Freddy jeans and really loved how they look. However, exactly as some of the other reviewers, I found that after few months there are holes and the materials tears. I've contacted the customer service and no response. Followed up and no response. Not worth it!

My husband has bought me approximately 12 pairs of Freddys and the last four pair have runs and/or holes at the seams after 2-3 months of wear. I love the fit, but you really need to do something about the material. What is the return policy after three months of wear. I'm washing in cold with no fabric softener and hanging up and they are not too tight on me. Love these jeans, but can't spend that much money every 3 months.

They advertise that their jeans are in good fabrics. Wrong. I received a jean that was rambling with missing pieces of fabrics that made the jean very weak. paying close to 100 dollars for a jean not even sewed correctly is a shame. Of course, I sent pictures to them to show the jean. As a compensation, they just asked me to send back the article. Forcing your customers to waste their own time to send you back articles is not right and professional. In this situation, you guys are the wrong ones so you guys need to fix it by sending again the article . Fix my issue and I will fix my review. Constance

I have 8 pairs of WR.UP pants and have to say the quality has declined massively! All my high waist jeans have holes in the crotch on the seams despite them being less than 6 months old. I don't have this issue with the mid rise ones so theres an issue somewhere but the company don't seem bothered so I'll buy my ridiculously expensive jeans elsewhere from now on.

The products are nice but it takes ages while they give you your refund after you have sent the item back plus they ignore emails for weeks.

Excellent pants. My wife loves them. Just miss more in white D.I.W.O. Pro.

My family and I went to Freddy’s after a softball game and right when we walked in they all were being super rude about us being there. We asked if they were closing soon because they acted like they were closed and they said they were opened for 20 more minutes even though the website says they close at 10 not 9. The dude was really rude and didn’t give us any reasons for closing early. We asked if we can stay and eat or if we should leave. He made it very clear that he didn’t want to serve us so we left.

About my 10th pair of Freddy's, I used to live in jeans until I tried these awesome trousers, if you haven't tried them you're missing out! ❤️ 💜 ❤️

I bought the white pvc freddys they arrived today tried them on and they are completely see trough even though it says on your add that they ARE NOT SEE TROUGH this is false advertising, also the bottom of them around the ankles are way too wide,do not fit snug to your ankle the way they are supposed to,so disappointed for such an extortionate price!!!

Thanks for your reply. I have sent 2 emails to your customer service team regarding the issue with my jeans. I have not received any response! You have obviously sent the same generic answer on Trustpilot to all the customers with similar complaints to me. 🙁

I have now purchased 4 pairs of Freddy trousers and I love, love, love them. My bum has never looked so fantastic. I have seen other reviews saying that the quality is not that good. I can only say I have never had a problem, and do receive fab comments about not only my bum but also about the style.

I purchased my 1st pair of freddys €115.00. I followed care instructions and after a month, 2 holes appeared in the zip and croch area. Freddy ignored my emails ,when I contacted them. Yet they reply in seconds to a sales email. Very disappointed and disgusted with this. I seen them advertised on Ireland AM fashion slot. Will not be taking recommendations from fashion slot again. Too expensive for this quality. Have denim leggings I purchased in dealzs for €8.00, 2 years ago and still wearing them.

The trousers are lovely but I had to send them back as they were baggy calfs down, think as I'm only 5'2 my legs just a it long enough. Shame

Delivery was quite fast and trouble free. Packaging was sufficient and not excessive. The products were of high quality and I like them so much, I went on to make other purchases of different colours of the same products. Payment was also straight forwards. I would totally recommend.

Absolutely terrible waited 2 weeks for delivery.Obviously they did not have in stock the style I bought for my wife so substituted another style wrong length with multiple rips.
The rips prompt me to say Freddys is regrettably a rip off!
Waiting for my refund??????
