The Freddy jeans shorts are not according to their size chart on the website, they are extremely small and very bad quality for that price. I usually buy a small in the long Freddy jeans and a large in the shorts didn’t fit. I measured the shorts according the size chart which proved sizing was way off. I have been back and forth for weeks with their customer service trying to get a refund for these shorts which is according to my statutory rights in this circumstance. Freddy jeans UK have not taken any accountability and have made this process extremely frustrating and difficult. Still no resolution and sitting with pants I cannot exchange! Very disappointing for the price you pay!

The black parachute pants are amazing, love to style them in so many ways, both for everyday use and for raves or nights out.

Exceedingly poor quality jeans.
The fit is nothing like I expected and for the cost, they are abysmal.
I will stay with higher quality jeans from now on.
Also the blurb stated Buy 1 get 1 Free... Only 1 pair was received (although both would have been returned)
Cost of returning them £5.00!
My advice is to shop elsewhere.

Where do I start with this company I’ve probably spent about £5000 with.

I have 2 identical pairs, one medium & one large
The large fit but the seam stitches are hanging out loosely & will split.
I want to return them for an exchange of the same size.
The other pair is too small
I’m on some sort of merry go round
Eg even though I’ve repeatedly said one pair is too small they keep twisting what I’ve wrote
If this carries on I’m reporting to trading standards
Loyalty counts for nothing
I’m being treated terribly
I’ve asked to report the issue further
It’s very straight forward till you get to Desiree whose sole job is to fcuk you in the head.

There’s better jeans, cheaper & companies that won’t insult my intelligence.

Have bought at least 3 pairs of Freddy over the years and while they do shape and lift, the quality is poor given the pricing! The material thins and I have holes around the pelvic area.

Wouldn’t bother wasting your money on the designer wear!! Wears thin after as little as weeks with use! The customer service is shocking !! Return back your emails once a week to no outcome! Go else where !

Be prepared to pay over $100 in shipping and duties to get your pants, if you live in Canada! They are also liars and will offer you surveys to get discount codes to find out at the end of checkout, none of them work!! Scammers and liars!

I ordered directly from website on 10th March, was informed item delivered to “safe place “ on the 11th.
However they input wrong Eircode on order therefore have no clue where it was delivered to, my main problem is I have contacted both DPD and Freddy jeans numerous times,with one blaming the other.
All I want now is a refund but absolutely nothing happening, dreadful service, would never buy from them again which is a shame as product is brilliant.
I will be taking this further legally

I bought 2 pairs of jeans and one of them are faulty. I have been emailing the company since January explaining the fault and requesting a refund and have received no response from them. Despicable customer service.

So firstly these are NOT JEANS they are JEGGINGS... And expensive ones at that. The fabric is fully elasticated like a pair of gym pants their is no denim so cannot be classed as jeans
The sizing is basically for teenagers.
I'm a 10-12 bought XL and they are a very small cut. Made for petite figure.
The buttons were not as advertised the ones that I received have these terrible coloured and shaped buttons that look like a kid picked out.
Also got the mid rise... They are actually low rise because of the small/petite cut/design.
Very disappointed. I don't ever actually whinge and moan online so that's how bad these are.

Got a pair of faux leather leggings, going to wear for the 2nd time and notice the inside of the thigh area peeling. Disappointed as I paid a lot of money for them!

Read the returns policy very carefully. I have a terrible quality pair of jeans I can’t do anything with

I ordered a pair of leggings online.
They didn’t fit so I sent them back for a refund 2 days later.
A week later I got an email to say the refund had been processed and a credit note had been issued.
I have emailed Freddy’s to inform them I want a full refund back to my original payment method.

According to their site this is what it says on their refund/return policy.

I will be contacting my credit card in 14 days if I have not received a full refund.

Very disappointing and I would not use the site again as a result.

Not abiding by consumer law

I returned two pants as the sizing was all over the place. I was automatically offered a credit note. In actuality a full refund needs to be issued under Consumer Law as it falls under the remit of distance selling. Once the item is returned they now have 14 days under the law to refund me to my original method of oayment.
Come on Freddy’s, comply with the law. I am waiting on my refund. Otherwise I will be contacting both the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission my bank to retrieve my refund in full.

I also see from other reviews that Freddy appears to use tactics such as not responding to consumers or referring them back to distributors. To confirm I purchased online from Freddy.ie and have confirmation of same, and not from a distributor. I have replied to the email sent from Freddy so I am confirming also I have the correct contact details.
I will be supplying all this information to both the Commission and my Bank if I do not receive a full refund with 14 days as per legislation

Awful company. When you order anything at a discount, they don’t take returns only exchange. They are usually sold out, so you get stuck with a credit and it’s not your full amount. They have a restocking fee. Their sizes are way off even with the helper. Always too small and I am a size 0. They also don’t have a way to get in touch to speak to an actual person. It’s only email. The cotton pants fade quickly. They tell you not to wash them..it’s disgusting. It’s not worth these prices or the crappy customer service. They literally argue with you on email instead of making it right because they are a greedy company.And…they delete any bad comments which is why you never see them on social media. They also charge you a $50 return label for the exchange ! I’m out over $500 from this garbage company. Do not purchase this cheap garbage! They are probably made in China and not Italy.

The product is like no other leather leggings out there, they are a thick material very very well made, as soon as you take them out of the bag you will realise why they cost more than others! amazing product!

I will not buy from them again. I think the reviews on their website is misleading and I really think they delete negative reviews. This item had 85 5* reviews. It's not worth it. This is a very expensive piece of leggings, @£90.30 and this price is black Friday sale price. The pants are not flattering at all. It just came in a little small bag like a chiffon top. I have asked for a return and they are deducting £5 for this. How can I be a return customer for such a company if it means every time I have to buy something on sale and I decide to return I have to lose a minimum of £5? Through the return they try to get you to buy more of their overpriced items or offer you a store credit plus £3.40. In other words, by charging me £5 they are imposing this to discourage a return or for me to spend more on their website. Not again.

I brought two pants on special, told them it didn't fit nicely and they said they don't do refund but can't do exchange. So I exchanged it and still was not a good fit. Material is cheaper than my cheap pants, the style is not as nice as its advertised. I ended giving it to my daughter and she don't even like how they fit.

This is leggins, not jeans. 180 pounds leggins! Don't be fooled. Cheap material, stinky chemical smell, awful quality in general. See through when sit (I am standard size 10, they were not small). Returned straight away. You can buy this kind pair of leggins from Shein and similar for 10 quid.
