Ordered a pair of sweatpants to go walking but unfortunately they were too small. Procedure to send back item for a refund is very easy

after the first wash, my white sweatshirt with wool inserts is very ugly, because the wool has become loose.

I love the colors and I feel Just great in them.
My latest buy is the tye dye collection. I would have prefered It made on a thiker interlock cotton and more color tò it

The best trousers I have ever had!
These really fit beautifully and create an amazing body shape. Fit is good but be careful of sizing. The super high waisted are far too high but the regular high waisted fit perfectly. I love the designs of the super high waisted but don’t do them in regular or normal high waist, a shame.
The velvet leather is stunning material and looks really expensive. All in all brilliant gorgeous trousers.

I purchased the Python trousers and they arrived with a white stain, a discoloured patch and scrach / hole. I emailed customer service 7 exchanges and emailed evidence 3 times. I also emailed them the day the trousers were delivered and so far "the techical team is looking into it" but nobody replied since the 9th.. I posted several reviews regarding products I bought and I noticed they did not post the 1 star reviews on their website. This is unacceptable as they are not transparent, customer Service is terrible and I plan to report them to Ombudsman and my credit card provider for sending the defective item and then not responsing in a timely manner. The trousers fit ok but zipper is cheap tatty gold, synthetic leather looks like cheap plastic. It seems to be orientated at a specific group of people.

Ordered 3 pairs sent one back, due to the colour not suitable for what I needed. I have contacted customer service 3x & have been told a ticket was made for my enquiry. I have called, emailed and live chatted since then and still nothing.
Looks like I will be forced to get my credit card company involved and take action with the evidence i now have due of Freddy completely ignoring customer… such a shame as this for me it seems to be the only area they are not bothered about & somehow without realising how important customer service is.

Buyer beware! Terrible customer service and quality. I emailed over two weeks ago and still no response. Brand new pants with a hole due to how thin the material is! Crazy for pants that cost $200

Good quality jeans. Fast delivery. Overall good buying experience. Company handles returns well and seem to be pretty decent to buy from. Wife has quite a collection now. Overall, happy customer.

I loved Freddy jeans, I jumped on the sale when it happened but unfortunately the first time I wore my freddy jeans it tore as I pulled them up. I was so disappointed and now questioning the quality of the jeans. I am hoping to find a good tailor to fix them but not sure who can actually work with this type of material. So distraught!!! Only tried to wear them once :(

Bought 6 pairs of Freddy Jeans over 4 years, I love them dearly, lifts my bottom and looks amazing BUT all of them have the same tear at the crotch (I followed ALL the care instructions because Freddy's are not cheap) , bought the right size, washed inside out, flat dry and I would put them on like the most delicate hosiery but after a couple of wears I would see a small tear in the seam crotch. Makes me sad on the inside.

Terrible customer service. Emailed on multiple occasions with images of faulty jeans bought from their website. Holes in the jeans and not one reply from any email addresses on their website. Considering the money spent on the jeans, it is disgraceful that the company would not even bother to email back with an explanation. Very disappointing will never purchase from them again.

Wow, £10 for return, with different fees and deductions. Such a shame as I wanted to order a biggest size and maybe material, but will not be bothering with Freddy after this, this is not on. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not buy from them. Pants do not look or fit like they show on the site. They're cheap and unflattering. And - you can't return them.

I now have 5 pairs of Freddy jeggins and I truly love them. They do run very small but when you get the right fit you feel like a million bucks in them. They are super comfy and I am very happy with each pair I own. Not sure why they have to run so small.
