Worst jeans and the customer service is the worst
I’ve sent several emails over a week ago and not one response back

Absolutely hopeless

What a nightmare.
I have been buying Freddy pants for the last three years and over about nine pairs .
I’ve always been a size M never changed. I bought the 3 button light blue full length just recently.
I ordered the same pair. I always do when I got them. I couldn’t even get them pass my knees. The sizing has all changed and extremely small.
I was told don’t worry they’ll stretch which isn’t possible as I can’t get them on.
I returned them and was sent a size L these are just as awful they don’t fit either.
Bring back the originals with the more elastin less cotton the sizings are all incorrect. I have never been an L in my life, and even these now I still to tight in places.
They are uncomfortable poorly made stitching is bad and the fit is just horrible.
You have lost me as a customer and I will be telling everybody about the horrible change in fabric and how you ruined the pants.
What are disappointing and time-consuming exercise.
These pants are $259 and not worth it at all.
Bring back the original material because they are now uncomfortable, horribly fitting and poor quality.
I am returning them and will not be buying any more from your store

False advertising made in Indonesia NOT ITALY flimsy , faded (not dark black) overpriced leggings. Don't waste your money.i would add photos of tags , but not able to top tag inside pants says ITALY 3rd tag says clearly MADE IN INDONESIA. worth 40 to $50. At best express 3 day shipping took 9 days. No good reasons covid is over.

I have been buying freddys for a few years but I'm just over how quickly these get holes in the crotch or the seams come undone. This is a high price item, the quality of the material and stitching needs to improve. They are made to fall apart!

I love the fit of these jeans and bought three pairs within 6 months! However the three button style are very poor quality, in terms of fabric. Both jeans have lathered like a pair of tights and I have spend over €50 repairing both pairs. The thicker fabric in the zip up pair are far better quality and I would rate them higher.

I love freddy jeans, i wear only them for the past 6 years and all my girlfriends got into freddy denim bc of me ! :) I love their shorter jeans as i'm only 5.5. I do not agree with anyone who said that quality went downhill, they get even better. I have like 7 of them in my closet: older and very new. The only problem for me is that they rip a bit on inside thigh, if i wear them too much and the whole year, but regular thicker jean & without elastane will never give you that shape so i'll keep buying Freddy - a year i still very long .
Velour leather for example is very durable, i was so overjoyed to receive them! I see that they won't rip and they are GORGEOUS.
I get so many compliments every day, they match so many styles. I'm actually going away to a few towns for whole april and all i'm bringing is 3 of my Freddies & no other jeans bc i'm confident that i will look my best in them in a relaxed setting or a night out.
I love that company, they never ever made a mistake sending a wrong size, and their sizing is always on point. I'm always very comfortable ordering from this company, everything always fit me - they have prompts on their site, sometimes fabrics are different as for thickness or elasticity, you can also return them if they don't fit you.
No need to leave a bad review for a good honest company if you have miscalculated your size bc you didn't read what they have to tell you, on every page if it runs small or large. Or if you didn't take time to just file a return.
I understand Freddy jeans are a bit expensive but they are worth every penny and you can also wait for a sale like i do sometimes!
I just hate some ppl who don't read the exact measurements are slandering a good company

I miss the old classic pants, made of 78% cotton and 22% elastan. The new one whith 84%cotton and 16% elastane are not that soft and comfortable as the original.
The Denim pants are hard and stiff, extremely uncomfortable.
Get back to the classic pants please

So far I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of pants 10 days ago. They advertise fast and free delivery. I haven’t even been notified that they shipped out yet. Spoke with a customer service rep 5 days ago who promised to rush my order. I sent an email today advising that if I’m not going to receive my order in the next few days to cancel and waiting to hear back. So far I’m very disappointed. I will update my review when this is all resolved

Horrible quality is horrible never had a pair of jeans with such bad quality customer service is HORRIBLE I've been dealing with them for about a month over all worst experience ever SAVE YOUR MONEY and go else where because these jeans are not worth the $200 you will spend on them trust me mine ripped after 4 months and all I was offered was a coupon that I agreed to but it's been a month now and I still do not have my coupon so yes save your money and go else where......

I have worn Freddy WR UP trousers for a few years now, but in the last 12 months the prices have nearly doubled and the quality is rubbish! The material is too thin and ladders, like tights! The fit is different and the websites have all changed! The UK website is awful, no bright coloured trousers and no outlet option. It's a real shame as I loved getting the ones that no-one else wanted and the fit used to be amazing. I bought a pair from Amazon recently which was cheaper than the UK website. Gutted! Seems all they are worried about now is profit.

I bought two pairs of trousers from Freddy. Delivery was so slow, one of the trousers was dirty. Ok... before wearing everything, i wash them but send dirty trousers...(by considering also what they cost!!!)
I still didn't wear them, so I can't judge the quality. We will see...

I agree with other customers about the quality. I don’t know what it exactly is, but these pants have gone down in quality. The pair I just got are super baggy in the knees and fit horribly. I have many pairs so I know my size and how they should fit on me. I am another customer who loved these pants, even though they don’t last long. Now that they are not fitting me properly and it’s impossible to find low waist, I will not be buying them again.

I placed my order and after 1 hour I opened the ticket to change the delivery address. After 2 days they confirmed the change. Today they delivered the order to the wrong address. I never got my order!!!!! Horrible customer care!

I bought a pair of jeans and within less than a year the zip won't work. No physical damage to be seen the zip is just stuck. I contacted Freddy's and they said it was out of warranty, I showed them on the website they state it says "a reasonable time since purchase" and I would not expect a zip to reasonably break in under a year, especially when they're so expensive. Freddy's said the pants use a 'new technology known to man' and that their warranty period is 10 months (even though the website doesn't state so) and therefore they can't assess it. However I contacted them before this supposed warranty period ended. Their only solution was to give me a gift card in the value it costs me to replace the zip locally.
Very poor customer service for someone who has bought multiple pairs from Freddy's. Not worth the price!!
