Special thanks to Helen, whether I was at home or abroad, Helen served well and promptly, with the ability and attitude to solve complex problems. When I rented my house, I met two tenants with unexpected troubles. When I could not deal with the original agent, I went to Helen. Helen was a great help to me, helping me to analyze the problem and find out the causes. She communicated effectively with the original agent and the tenant for many times, and helped me deal with conflicts and disputes, so that things could get a result acceptable to all parties.
