They want £59:99 for a Hero A11 pen in black. Same pen on AliExpress is £4:09p Whys That Then.

I would give minus stars if I could! AVOID.
The website looks convincing, reviews on there I’m assuming are not genuine. Don’t be fooled by the Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery like I was.
I ordered what looked like a nice pen as a gift and asked repeatedly from 2 days after the order was placed when it would arrive They said tracking is on the dispatch notification email I will have received - They weren’t actually dishonest just didn’t mention bother it would take 14 days to even be dispatched then who knows how long it’s going to take to get into the Royal Mail system?
I have messaged again since the dispatch e mail telling them it’s no longer any use to me as I’ve had to buy another pen as the gift but no response.
When it does finally arrive from the Trustpilot reviews it looks like I’ve bought a cheap and nasty rubbish pen for £50! And cost me again to buy a decent pen as a gift.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but in future I will check independent reviews such as Trustpilot.
Put this one down to experience!

Pen was defective. Contacted customer support. Never got back to me. Do not use this company - pen was very mediocre as well, could’ve got it on AliExpress for a tenner.

Lovely to write reminds me of a pen I had when I was a boy 50 years ago.

Read the rest of the reviews. Product is rubbish and it's impossible to get your money back. The returns address is somewhere with 18 other registered companies. I did tracked return and they denied it had been delivered. It's a scam. Do not buy.

Well, basically I have been scammed. It's my own fault I should have done some checking first. It was an impulse buy when I ordered the Onyx Black A-11 Hero Samurai pen. It arrived yesterday and I was disappointed to find that the lid does not fit, the lid liner sticks to the pen nib. This is not what you expect from a pen that cost £59.99! There is no obvious fix to this problem. I also noted that the overall quality of the pen is very poor (definitely not worth the money). I immediately contacted the company via the contact message page on their website. I also sent a separate email with photos. I received a reply today asking me to send photos (which they have received from me yesterday) or a video, and they would replace the pen with a watch! Honestly, I just would like a refund, although I am fearing that my money is lost.

A hard lesson learned the expensive way!

I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service this company offers. Reviews on trust pilot ar abhorrent, so I became discouraged with the purchase. They delivered the item to the post office and I refused the delivery, therfore it was returned to them. I tried contacting them on 4 different occasions about the purchase, yet I was completely ignored. I tried getting my money back through monzo, yet the merchant refused my claim, lying to mozno by saying I never contacted them and never returned the item. I have proof the item was returned, however all in vain. I tried one last time to get in contact with them, requesting my refund, so hopefully they will finally respond. Advice for anyone trying to email this company, do not fill in the form on their website, because you will receive no confirmation of contact and you will have no proof that you actually emailed them. Best to use their direct email address, however don't hope on them actually responding. A bunch of fraudsters.

I bought a Samurai Hero pen. What a beautiful product. Made of gun metal, it feels great. However I hate writing with a fine nib. I use a medium nib, but F&F only manufacture fine nibs - daft if you ask me. So now I'm trying to find a medium nib that will fit the F&F pen.

This company buys cheap pens from AliExpress costing a couple bucks and sells them on for $50-100. Never buy from this company and report them to shopify.

I ordered The Classic Master Penman Fountain Pen on their website. They advertise it as their own pen, saying that all the pens on their site are handmade by Frederick Folsch. However, when it arrived, it was exactly the same pen as a cheap Chinese Jinhao X159 that you can get on Amazon and elsewhere for £9.99. It is currently being sold on their website for a "discounted" price £47.99. It is an outrageously inflated price and a very dishonest sale. Please be aware.

Drop shipping site that marks up their prices (e.g their "own" pen cost £45 but the same pen can be found on aliexpress and amazon for less than £7) and claims to be "since 1809".

After placing my order I discovered that the same pen is available on Amazon for £10, even less on Chinese web sites. I tried to cancel my order but emails were ignored.
The pen would be great value at £10 but not at the vastly inflated prices Frederik Folsch charge.
I would advise anyone considering a purchase to read the advertising blurb very carefully and avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed by the seller. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order, they didn't do so. This is a pen that is available in all websites for less than £5.00
When I called them on the number given on their website, it turned out to be a warehouse which is a local shipping company. Dishonest sellers. Stay away.
