Fun Christmas order gone horribly wrong...

Ordered a lot of items for a Christmas gift. One item in this order was incorrectly sized. Easy right? Just send correct size and return the incorrect size, nope!!! This company wants item returned then get store credit to reorder an item that was being clearanced and likely not be available. I received my qr code and make the 45 minute round trip to post office only to learn they can't use that code. I can't print anything and the company basically just said well you're on your own. Please be advised if you're rural the return process could cost you more time and money than just throwing it in the trash and reordering. This companies sizing is quite random so use caution as the return process and customer service is beyond atrocious.

Frederick's has changed :(

Frederick's has fallen very far from what it used to be when I shopped there 15 years ago. I placed an order, and without any word or explanation from them, they simply canceled it. It was not an issue of funds, upon checking their website, it looks like they sold out of the item I ordered. I understand this happens, but they didn't even bother to explain or send an automated email, they just canceled it. That's a crazy level of unprofessionalism for a company that has been around this long, and honestly just a laughable level of oversight or just lack of customer care with how easy it is to set up automatic emails to customers letting them know about order status

My husband went to buy me some bras and…

My husband went to buy me some bras and panties and one bra was broken and too small I called the company and they asked me for some pictures I did everything they asked and then I asked to exchange it they don't do that they said I can return it but there going to charge me for using their label this company isn't worth it don't waste your money go somewhere else I will never ever buy anything from this company anymore and I will tell everyone not to buy from them they are terrible very disappointed in them I give them a - ⭐ I have gone rounds since Monday and it's Wednesday every one stay away

Dishonest business practices

Dishonest business practices. Spent $200 on some items and forgot to use a coupon. They wouldn’t add it to my order, so I said I’d place a separate order for the same items and return the first one. I never took the items out of the packaging. Only opened the bag to put the packing slip inside. 2 weeks go by. No refund. I call to see what the holdup is. They tell me they can’t issue the refund because the items were damaged and/or used. Either they sent me defective merch, USPS damaged the package, or their warehouse workers are dishonest. After multiple phone calls they did me a “one time courtesy” of refunding my money. If they hadn’t, I’d be out $200 and no merchandise because they wont ship damaged items back. So not only was I treated as a liar, but you’re doing ME a favor?!

Also, one of the items I kept arrived with a missing rhinestone that was at the bottom of the packaging. The chain broke as well. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself but for a $130 rhinestone bra, I expect way better quality. It’s interesting how you can’t leave product reviews on their website. What are they afraid of?

I placed a large order of approximately…

I placed a large order of approximately $500 because I was unsure of sizing. I kept most of it but did try to return a small portion of items. It was such a hassle. They would not provide a return label after several contacts and even deleted access to my account. Paying return shipping on my own to California was hardly worth the exorbitant expense. They do this sort of business tactic to prevent you from making returns which will not be worth it to you on a cost/benefit analysis. I will never purchase another item from them and I’ve been a customer for many years. This unscrupulous practice has only recently begun. Beware!

returned a bra that didn't fit and paid my own shipping as they charge more than usps (can we get a class action going here for their thievery?). item was scanned at drip off but they were closed and not rescanned the following business day. even though the package contained a packing slip with barcode, they REFUSE to refund me.

Deceiving!!!

They sent me a text letting me know something I was interested went on sale, so I purchased a few things and I clicked on my size and after I paid I noticed on one of the items, the size changed 3 sizes smaller, yes my size was available and I clicked it. And there is no way for me to contact them to have them help me before they even pack my shipment and fix it. Now I’m stuck with something I can’t even wear or spend even more money on product and shipping. EXTREMELY unhappy!!! Won’t buy from them anymore!

Fraudulent Return Policy - Refunds Never Come

Refunds are impossible to get. Months of asking and they admit they lost all of their customers' order information and offer store refund or PayPal credit. They only respond through email as well. It's really terrible. Still waiting for my refund in form of PayPal credit, well past the "14 business days" they promised. It's June and my order was for Valentine's day for reference on how long it takes. This amounts to fraud.

Refund issues

Ordered hundreds of dollars of lingerie. Returned some items and as of today have not received a refund and it’s been 6 months and it’s still in pending mode. I emailed them several times but get this computer generated email that doesn’t provide a specific status because it’s generic

Return to Fredericks-shipping charges

If you have an item that must be returned, read their return policy and know ahead of time that while they require a return form (which you must request from them) and they say they are sending you a return label be fully aware that you must pay for the return shipping . It will appear on your receipt as a "return fee". They do not list it in their return policy, nor will they talk about it on the phone, but it will be charged. It is noted in very fine print on the side of the return form to "cover their legal behinds", but I think this is very underhanded service. A customer should be told upfront she is being charged and also told she may choose to use another method of return. I was offered none of these-and neither will you.May I also tell you to be wary of their new sizing.
