Very disappointed to report being scammed by Fredo Removals Ltd (previously trading as Fredo Trans LTD) - a cowboy outfit that has stolen our goods and fly-tipped rubble on private land! It all started well: many great reviews on MyBuilder, polite communication from director Tudor-Dan Marculescu, and a promise of “2 panel vans 45 m³ capacity" to move our belongings from Bedfordshire to SW London on 03/11/2025. But only one of two vans showed up, which itself "broke down", and by Monday night under a quarter of the load was collected. This dropped on Tuesday morning, followed by another “breakdown.” Wednesday, nothing. Thursday they "hired" a much smaller van, leaving items behind, promised delivery Friday - then vanished after saying they were an hour away. Soon after, the landowner called, furious: Fredo had dumped a tonne of rubble from another job on his property! He has photos and CCTV. Police called. Tudor-Dan has stopped answering calls and texts, still has our goods. Escalating to MyBuilder and the police. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not use this company, so unprofessional, despite repeated requests to do so wouldn't come round to give an estimate in person and was adamant that photos were sufficient, gave a reasonable price but on arrival tried to say he wasn't shown all the items to remove and tried to nearly double the price and lied even when shown proof that he had been shown everything. Before starting they were asked to be careful due to weak spots in the floor in the loft but trod/put heavy things on them anyway which has now damaged the ceiling in two places and will have to be repaired, when asked for insurance details gave a contact number for freight insurance not public liability which won't cover anything and caused damage to our recently decorated hallway which will have to be repaired then left without any tidying up or removing all the items they were supposed to. our experience was the same as the other bad review they received, caused damage to property, tried to double the price on arrival and did nothing to try and put right the damage they caused. Do not use them.

Incredible job done by these guys, super friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced - the experience was fast and completely stress free

Fredo is indeed hassle free and the guys are polite & fun! Love them!
