I’m very impressed with the result. The AI-generated music video turned out beautifully, with peaceful visuals, smooth transitions, and a natural flow that fits my music very well. I especially like how easy the platform is to use and how much control I still have to adjust individual scenes when needed. A great tool for creating music videos for social media.

You have to be very good and detailed in what you wish to generate, and the AI agents will guide you till you are satisfied, fixing every request. Generated Videos are so smooth, fast, dynamics and well done, it's top quality.

Very Disappointing Experience — Paid for Credits, Then Asked to Pay Again
After seeing multiple glowing ads about Freebeat AI and its ability to turn a song into a music video, I decided to give it a try.
Their website offered a free option, so I uploaded one of my songs and clicked Generate. I was then told that I needed a certain number of credits to proceed. Since I was genuinely interested in seeing what the platform could do, I purchased the required credits.
After paying for the credits, I clicked Generate again. Only then was I informed that I also needed a paid membership/subscription before I could proceed.
This was extremely frustrating. If a membership is required to actually use the credits, why was I allowed—and prompted—to purchase credits without being clearly told that I would also have to pay for a membership?
I emailed Freebeat AI asking exactly that question. I received a response saying they were busy and would get back to me. That was over a week ago, and I have received no further response or explanation.
Based on my experience, I will not use Freebeat AI again. I paid money expecting to be able to generate the music video I was being prompted to create, only to encounter another paywall after the purchase.
Since the company has not addressed my concern, my only recourse is to share my experience so other potential customers know what happened before deciding whether to spend their money.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Freebeat affiliate program, and I would strongly recommend other affiliates proceed with caution.

My commission was initially flagged because I used Google Ads, including branded keyword bidding. At the time, the affiliate guidelines I had access to did not clearly state that branded keyword bidding was prohibited. After Freebeat contacted me, I immediately stopped the campaigns and fully cooperated with their compliance review.

After several discussions, Freebeat ultimately confirmed in writing that they would make a **one-time exception and pay 50% of the pending commission** as a compromise. They specifically stated that the 50% payout would be processed after reviewing the requested documentation.

I then provided the requested Google Ads screenshots, campaign information, advertising spend, website screenshots, and documentation about my new organic promotion strategy. Freebeat later reconfirmed that they had decided to process the **50% payout** for the flagged commission batches.

However, despite the payout being approved, **I still have not received the payment**.

I followed up multiple times asking for:

* Confirmation of the payment status
* Any remaining requirements
* The expected payment date
* Contact information for the person responsible for payment processing

After more than two months, my recent follow-up emails have gone unanswered.

This is the most concerning part of my experience. I am not disputing the amount anymore, nor am I asking Freebeat to reconsider its decision. **I am simply asking for the 50% commission that Freebeat already confirmed and approved in writing.**

At this point, the lack of payment and communication has seriously damaged my trust in the Freebeat affiliate program. An affiliate program should be transparent about its policies and, once a payout has been formally approved, should provide a clear payment timeline and honor that commitment.

**Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the Freebeat affiliate program at this time.** I hope Freebeat resolves this matter and pays the approved commission, but until then, affiliates should carefully consider the potential risks before investing significant time or advertising costs into promoting Freebeat.

My experience with Freebeat.ai has been terrible.

Over the past two months, I have made several attempts to create music videos with the service. This was not a single failed project or one isolated technical problem.

Across multiple projects, the system has repeatedly failed during rendering, consumed credits on failed attempts and internal service errors, and still failed to deliver finished usable videos.

In my latest case, I started with approximately 29,000 credits. After repeated failed rendering attempts and internal service errors, I now have only around 4,000 credits left — and I still do not have a single finished usable video from that project.

Freebeat's own AI eventually confirmed that 12 video clips had FAILED.

Customer support has not answered my previous messages.

My advice: be extremely careful before spending money on Freebeat.ai. In my experience over roughly two months and several projects, paid credits can be consumed by failed generations and internal errors without receiving the finished product you were trying to create.

I will not spend another cent on this service.

I subscribed to the Ultimate plan to create a music video.

Over five days I spent more than 9,000 credits.

The platform repeatedly consumed credits while scenes failed due to backend rendering errors, stalled queues, validation failures and identity inconsistency.

The AI assistant itself acknowledged deadlocked rendering queues and backend failures, but I was still left without a completed project or restored credits.

I cannot recommend the service based on this experience. Worse experience ever.

I tried Freebeat last month. I paid $40 and for the next 2 days tried to get it to do something that actually worked. IT FAILED and I received nothing useful for my money. I CONTESTED THE CHARGE AND IT WAS REMOVED. Don't let these scumbags rip you off.

terrible company….no human customer service and every video had major errors that they didn't fix and they took thousands of credits for something I couldn’t use

Do not spend money on Freebeat. Of all the different video generators I've used recently this one was the worst. After multiple failed videos, I cancelled my subscription but was and I am still,being charged. I've attempted to communicate with their CS and was unsuccessful. No response from them at all. I'm having to block payments through my bank! This site is an overpriced scam. Don't do it!

Credits lost due to repeated rendering failures.

Garbage..1 out of 10 videos might be decent. Don't waste your money .

Starts off really well, then gets messed up, take huge amount of credits and doesn't deliver. Cost me around $100 to create one 3 min video - and support never answers. They're a joke. AVOID!

I subscribed to the Ultimate plan to produce professional music videos. During generation, your own agent documented a PixVerse C1 provider outage — error "video clip recovery fold produced no pending_review draft" — after five consecutive failed attempts. Credits were consumed despite the complete generation failure.

I contacted support. The response blamed my prompts — which is false. The outage was clearly on your end, as confirmed by your own system logs.

I only requested a refund of the credits wasted during this server outage. Refused.

I strongly discourage any serious music creator from using this platform.

Absolutely no support. Will rip you off credits when it's a fault at their end. Several emails with no answer. DO NOT USE this site. These people are absolutely unethical.

After I canceled the subscription, they continued trying to charge me even though I was on the free plan. Their service issues wasted my tokens, and they never provided a refund. Support ignored every email I sent. They even ignored my GDPR request to delete my personal and financial data. I will report them to the European Consumer Centre, the FTC, and the Office for Personal Data Protection. Stay away.

A Complete Scam, Worthless
I paid Freebeat AI to use their platform to make a music video. The platform is so ineffective and useless that it continued to fail relentlessly, using up all my credits until I could not even finish my music video. Completely useless, a scam. I would not recommend to anyone. Please DO NOT USE FREEBEAT AI.

I am requesting a refund from Freebeat AI. It’s not fair that credits are used because of your own system failures. If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD.
