What are freebridge doing down Sculthorpe Avenue West Lynn they are on the 7th week to get house ready for next tenant. You could build a house quicker
Terrible Housing Association, used the pandemic as an excuse to stop doing most repairs and hasn't caught up since. Simple repairs are not carried out. Complaints are not dealt with, many frontline staff attempt to help but contractors are awful and miscommunication back and forth means that customers are left with repairs not done at all. Trying to get middle management to do anything other than fart around giving interviews about how 'great' they are doing is impossible. A shambles and whistleblowing is only a matter of time from current stressed out new employees wondering what the hell they've let themselves in for. The Housing Ombudsman is aware that Freebridge is underperforming and letting the majority of it's tenants down.
