To whom this may concern,
I am posting this review to detail my experience with Freecash (operated by Almedia GmbH) regarding an unjustified account suspension, an unpaid balance exceeding $800.00, and broken support tools that prevent users from saving documentation.
Earned Balance: I legitimately completed multiple Freecash offerwall tasks, level progression goals, and objectives, accumulating an active balance of over $830.00 on my account.
The moment I attempted to cash out the platform’s maximum allowable PayPal withdrawal amount of $200.00 (which incurs Freecash's mandatory $10.00 withdrawal fee, leaving a net payout of $190.00), my account was hit with a straight-up suspension. No explanation, notice, or specific Terms of Service violation was provided at the time.
This is the SECOND time through the entirety of having my account with Freecash where my account has been suspended while holding a substantial balance of my money.
Prior to my current suspension, and roughly over a year or more ago, freecash suspended my account. This happened after I had accumulated a substantial balance in my freecash account. The reason, that I was given for my account being suspended at that time, was that i submitted too many missing rewards tickets.
So, to put that in simple terms, freecash immediately and aggressively punished me, harshly for reporting all of the missing rewards, i had fairly earned, that freecash had not paid out to me by suspending my freecash account.
To get that suspension lifted, i had to accept a direct lecture by freecash support on how i cannot put in support tickets for all of the rewards that i legitimately earn.
Then I was forced to agree that I wouldn't create support tickets for ALL of my missing rewards again, which i had no othe choice but to agree to or face a continued account suspennsion as well as continued loss of access to the funds i had held in my freecash account at that time. I was put through all of that because I inquired about "too many" of my missing reward payouts.
FYI: Threatening an account suspension to deter support tickets generally violates Google Play's Deceptive Behavior policy, which prohibits apps from engaging in abusive practices or promising reward payouts they actively suppress.
At the same time, it violates basic consumer protection principles and Freecash's own published guidelines, which outline specific limits and processes for opening tickets rather than arbitrary threats.
Following the suspension, the automated system ("Frankenbot") repeatedly states that my "appeal was reviewed and the decision stands," even though I NEVER filed an appeal. Furthermore, the support chat interface itself keeps users from having contact with a live Rep.
The chat window does not allow users to view full message threads or complete support responses.
The "Download Chat Transcript" option at the top of the chat window does not function—clicking it fails to download any log or transcript file, making it extremely difficult for users to save evidence of their interactions with support.
Despite these platform obstacles, I have independently documented my account activity and hold concrete proof, including:
Detailed in-game screenshots showing completed levels and objective progress.
Account balance screenshots confirming my accrued $830+ total prior to the suspension.
Email receipts and screenshots of support chats that i could access.
Threatening users for inquiring about missing rewards, suspending accounts immediately upon requesting high-value withdrawals, hiding behind automated denial scripts, and failing to provide functional chat export tools while withholding my $830+ in earned funds is unprofessional, deceptive, and unacceptable.
I did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve an account suspension. I NEVER break rules or get in trouble with freecash. The $100 PayPal withdrawal request that I initiated prior to this incident was approved by freecash and released with absolutely 0 issues.
So clearly my account was fine, all I did was initiate a withdrawal request for just a portion of what is in my freecash account, then maybe 30 minutes later my account was suspended. NO REASON WHATSOEVER, NO JUSTIFICATION OR EXPLANATION. I DID NOTHING WRONG.
I am demanding a manual review by a human compliance manager IMMEDIATELY and the IMMEDIATE payout of MY accrued ACCOUNT balance $830
