FreeClub is a genuine service and we never pass or sell your details on to any other companies.

We don’t personally send out the majority of the freebies on our site, it will be whichever company you joined/applied to.

Some of the offers you see on site do require you to complete tasks/offers in order to earn a reward. The number of tasks you are required to complete will vary depending on the size of the reward you are looking to claim at the end. Further details regarding the process are provided by the company, and can be located on their website. For these types of offers, once you have completed the adequate number of tasks you are then required to submit a claims reward form in order for your reward to be dispatched to you, unfortunately this is not an automatic process. Details on how to claim your reward are located on the company's website and can be accessed at any time.

We also have many genuine freebies on site that do not require any the completion of a task/survey, they are simply free! Other offers may have potential delivery costs or monthly rebills, but we always list this in the offer copy so there are no surprises. Any subscription services can be paused or cancelled at any time.

FreeClub is a genuine service, all reviews you see are genuine reviews from FreeClub users and prize draw winners.

We have many genuine freebies on site that are run by companies when launching a new product or to gain genuine customer feedback. These are usually very high in demand and can take up to 28 days to arrive. While others that offer a subscription service, such as Skin + Me, tails and smol, should typically arrive within 7-10 working days.

We have many genuine freebies on site that do not require any payment or the completion of a task/survey, they are simply free!
