Better than expected
I was not expecting to get my video down from close to 100mb to less than 5mb and retain any quality but that was my target spec. Not only was it super fast, it came in even lower than I needed and still held a lot of resolution and detail in the video. I was surprised in the best way possible. Great service and full marks to Free Convert for making it so easy!

I want to stop my subscription, but the company says they can't find my account, even though they can sure find it when I'm being charged.
UPDATE: The response I received from FreeConvert.com is the same one they send me over and over and over as I've been in touch with them by e-mail. They will not send me a phone number, as requested. They claim that there is no way to find my account if the e-mail I provide doesn't match their records. They claim they can't find it using the last 4 of the card I used or my name. They charge me every month, so if they can do that...they can find me and stop the charge. I still give this company a one-star and will continue to have their charges marked as fraudulent at my banking institution.
